I have been a patient here for about 4 or 5 years, and in that time, I have RARELY seen the same…read moredental tech or dentist twice. I recently learned that many of the techs are contractors who float between offices. Building trust with a consistent care team is very important to me, especially since I've had bad experiences in the past. I specifically scheduled a procedure with a dentist I liked during my cleaning, only to arrive at my appointment and find an unknown dentist assigned to do the work with zero notice. This lack of consistency is clearly affecting their administrative accuracy as well. During my last visit, the reception told me I was there for a cavity filling, which was incorrect. Furthermore, they asked why I was "refusing" a night guard, even though I already own one that I purchased from THIS office years ago. It is unacceptable to feel like a stranger at your own dentist's office after five years. Unfortunately, my trust in this office has completely eroded. If you value seeing a consistent provider who actually knows your dental history, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The manager said she doesn't handle insurance and doesn't know why they didn't verify this prior to service. Additionally me and my spouse both go to our own dentist 2x per year and the same insurance covers the cleaning and the exam. The fact that they tell you after the service has been provided gives you zero opportunity to go to another provider.

It's not super close to me but didn't mind since my last dentist wasn't great. Once my hygienist left it just wasn't the same. The part time hygienist was fine, but my teeth didn't feel clean after.
