The only issue I have is that if you use insurance (I do), they require you to pay the estimated amount before they even bill your insurance,. IF you overpay, they will then send you a refund. I don't care for that. All my other dentists would directly bill my insurance first and I would pay the remaining patient responsibility amount after it was fully processed. Finally, they don't use nitrous oxide either, which I always have used for a major dentail issue such as a root canal.

My new denture fit well from a comfort standpoint however they fell out when I yawned in my sleep while taking a nap and my dog got to them and chewed them apart. They helped me prepare for the surgery, checked on me multiple times after, and they were available for questions. After having heard horror stories about implants, I was not looking forward to the procedure. But, no pain during the root extraction, drilling, and placement of the implant. For the people who haven't seen Dr Haymore, keep in mind these comments aren't about him, it's the front desk staffing. Unfortunately, I can attest to the complete opposite care you get from girls upfront (they've always been females anyway) to the dentists and hygienists . I've seen this before in doctor's offices. I don't know how the front gets staffed but clearly and unfortunately not by the superior dentists and assistants they have who do the actual work. So in saying that, I have to overlook the bad service in front because I know I will get excellent top notch quality and at an honest and fair price. Being honest, I know there are quality people who want jobs but the computer systems used for hiring these kind of jobs-these unqualified people know how to manipulate tracking systems and get their foot in the door, is my guess.
