If you don't see it, just ask. Every single employee is friendly and helpful. The day that we shopped there happened to be 2 gorgeous dogs working the floor as well. There is a nice selection of riding clothes/outfits/helmets/gear and casual western wear. They even have greeting cards if you happen to purchase a gift for the horse lover in your life. The hay shelves were also quite empty. They only had the 40oz bag of the hay blend I needed for my bunnies (in opposed to 90oz I prefer), but better than not having it at all. I didn't run into any problems while making my purchase. Service was standard and sufficient at the front counter.

I've been going to a different self-serve dog wash, and this place is by far the best I've been to. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. I was really impressed with the washing tubs, quality of shampoo, the dryer worked great and the price! An extra perk... I was the only one there, so we were able to pay, walk to the back, wash, dry, and be done all within 30 minutes.

This time, I called the number posted on the website and the person on the other end (still not sure who I even spoke to? If it's the owner, please work on your people skills) and they answered saying "hello?". I wasn't told who I was speaking to or even if this was the correct number. I asked my question and seemed to annoy this person based on their tone. Because of this I decided to take my business elsewhere as they didn't seem prepared either with what I needed. Please, work on your guys' people skills and make it a smooth running business :( I have to drive out of town now to get what I need, but would prefer this over such an awkward interaction again.
