Maribel helped us choose trees that were within our budget, showed us how to trim them, and helped us with design ideas for our space. When I told her I needed fragrant trees, with small (non invasive root systems), that only grew a certain size, she quickly texted me a variety of choices, then drove us around her nursery showing us all the trees. She's incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and is available always to answer our questions. She makes every member of my family feel special (especially my niece/nephew that have visited the nursery with me). When I show her pictures of what I'm looking to accomplish she can quickly tell me the names and characteristics of the plants I like. She's just amazing!!! They do not stand behind their work…read more Spent over $23,000 on landscaping and construction services from this company less than 2 years ago, and have had terrible service from the moment final payment was made. When Brandon (my contact) told me which plants they intended to install, I told him some wouldn't survive the hot, dry, full-sun location. He insisted they would work, and told me they all had a one-year guarantee. Within three months, when they started to die, I sent him photos and asked that they be replaced with others. Despite promises they would be changed (at least six times over the next few months), they were never replaced. Likewise, the artificial turf that was installed was not installed with enough/the right adhesive and the turf has become a serious tripping hazard. Again, calls to Brandon were met with promises that someone would come out to fix it, and no one ever did. Repeated messages were not returned. Last month an obviously broken irrigation pipe under the tile/artificial turf they installed caused flooding in my yard. When I called the company to ask for someone to come out to evaluate what could be done, Jordan told me Brandon no longer worked for the company. (I guess that explains why my messages weren't returned.) Jordan told me he was Brandon's replacement, and that he would be out in two days to take a look. 10 days later, he came out and confirmed it was a broken pipe, but said my warranty had expired and there would be a charge to repair the pipe. He told me it would require the large tiles and turf to be demolished to find the problem, but he'd send me an estimate. It's been over a month and again, I've been ghosted. I consulted another irrigation specialist who told me that if a pipe underground ha broken, it was likely cracked when it was installed. I hope this serves as a warning for anyone considering paying this company to do landscaping and installation.

Adding some Elephant Bush (Portulacaria afra) friends to the plant family at home. Absolutely and 818/SFV/LA Valley favorite among many. You'll want to get lost between the many areas the have here and in the main area as well as their extended open air garden on the parking lot side. Staff here is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. From lawn and outdoor patio furniture or fixtures, fountains, decorations and plant care musts, GTN has a bit of it all. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time.
