Honestly, choose this surgeon if you don't care about a personalized approach to plastic surgery. This was my 3rd consultation for a breast augmentation and was really hoping to move forward but unfortunately that wasn't the case. First, it took 3 months to book consultation and I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early but didn't see the doctor until 2 hours after I arrived. The time didn't bother me too much because I understand surgeons can be busy and schedules can be unpredictable. However I would recommend they have a day only for consults so they have more time dedicated to new patients. When you arrive just be prepared to wait as other reviews state. Once the doctor came in I wasn't asked one question about myself or what my goals were for the surgery. He honestly recapped the things that I already saw in the informational video. Dr. Smiths time & money gets invested back into his practice & it shows from the gorgeous office, to his staff, even down to the mirrors his beautiful wife picked out for the consultation rooms. You've got to see them, they're amazing. The entire establishment is flawlessly designed & decorated. I got a substantial discount for getting two procedures at once so that's a plus. He did revision rhinoplasty (a procedure that takes a lot of skill, because I had been told before my nose goals couldn't be reached, Dr smith proved them wrong.) I also had some touch up vaser lipo on waist, Dr. Crowley is Dr. Smith's anesthesiologist, I can say with full confidence once you meet him you will wish he could have been yours for every surgery you've had, past and future. He texts you the night before surgery to introduce himself, go over a few things, & answer any questions or concerns. He is extremely empathetic, understanding & compassionate. He has a very gentle disposition. On the day of surgery I was welcomed & brought into the pre op room where a lovely nurse assisted me. She was very gentle and understanding. I was even given a Valium injection to help me with the anxiety of surgery & I was so incredibly thankful for that. She was very attentive checking on me frequently & answering all my questions. When Dr, Smith came in he seemed excited to see me, ready to operate & extremely confident. He introduced himself to my husband and also took a moment to go over the procedure with him as well by showing him pictures & reviewing the process. It was time for surgery & I met Dr. Crowley. He treated me like I was a beloved family member no exaggeration. He was so compassionate I felt so safe with him. He assured me of everything, he helped me relax with some meditation music and held my hand as I was given the anesthesia. When I woke up I was in NO pain whatsoever. I could have walked right out of there but for safety reasons they wheel you out. Dr. Crowley even came outside & assisted the nurse, he told me how great I did & how beautiful it looked. They both saw me off. It was night time by then. How sweet was that? When have you ever seen a anesthesiologist care so much that he assists you to the car with the nurses? Probably never right. five stars for Dr, Crowley too. If I could give them both a thousand stars I would. They are a impeccable duo surpassing all my expectations. My results surpassed my expectations too!!! I am so happy with my results & very appreciative that Dr. Smith is skilled enough to get it right the first time so you don't have to go back and spend more money. He does exactly what you want if not better, mine came out better. A Beverly Hills dr. (The one who performed my initial surgery) told me my nose goals wouldn't be achievable but he would do his best. I paid 10,000$ for that surgery when I could have gone to Dr. Smith & paid for it once. Instead of paying for two nose jobs. Well now I know, and I hope you do too. I got such a very bad experience w this office for my breast augmentation go through under armpit on 8/31/2017. I got my wound open out on 9/2 but I still want to wait until Tuesday (9/5) after holiday the office opened back because I want Dr Smith can help me so my scar can come out nicer. All my hope was gone when I called in the office and Jessica answered the phone & told me to send pictures of my current opened wound in a clearly so they can consider for my appointment. I did but Jessica confirm that this wasn't SERIOUS & I AM MAKING A BIG DEAL FROM OUT OF NOTHING & gave me a prescription w some ointment to apply on. Jessica is so rude & unprofessional for the way she handle customer service. This bitch really attacked me in many ways of my questions with my concern about getting infection on my opened wound like this. I highly recommend dr.smith. He was very informative in my consultation. I went to dr Smith because my left breast had shrunk a cup size smaller that my other implant so my guess was i had a leak. Dr. Smith informed me about all my options he also suggested I have internal stitches so that i could have natural looking boobs and have a small gap between my breast. Day of surgery everyone of dr. Very BAD business. After I put in my review I received a call back from the staff to verify that I'm the actual patient and was told to send pictures of my scars. I did what was asked and finally get a call back after me leaving messages to see what can be done. The whole process from beginning to end was extremely professional FIRST CLASS! I researched for months before selecting Dr. Malcolm Paul to do my face lift. I'm very detail oriented, so I pay attention to everything from the verbiage used in conversation with me, to the cleanliness of the office, to how the surgeon shakes my hand and makes eye contact, to his support team (thank you Desiree & Deni), to his years of experience and specialty areas. All this matters in trusting a surgeon with my face. His bedside manner, ability to answer my questions in a clear and concise manner, understanding that I wanted to look refreshed and taking his time to educate (no hard sell involved) that a face lift by itself will not give my desired results without additional procedures. He recommended bleph, brow, lip lifts with buccal fat removal to achieve my desired results. Typically, I would interview additional surgeons for comparison. Unfortunately this place is a classic case of getting a big head and forgetting where you started. I had a breast lift and implants done by Dr Smith 8 years ago, back when they at least pretended to care about their clients. I have decided that I want to go up a cup size and tried to schedule a consultation to have another surgery. I called to schedule a consultation, but because I was a previous client they had to retrieve my old files they said. I was told they store the files off property and it would take up the two weeks to get them. They would give me a call to schedule after they got them. Well 8 months later I decided to call the office back to see if they have found my files yet. They have not. They never even started looking. The only reason I gave this two star is because Dr Smith did a great job on a surgery five years ago, other than that the service is horrible and you should think twice before taking your money here. I have been "tossed" around from different employees and still have yet to get a call back. Jessica Estrada was very rude and unprofessional, she acts as if she is entitled because she has been working there forever (she was the same way when I had my first surgery) and when I complained to her "boss" Mario, his condescending attitude toward me did not help the situation, he spoke to me as if he was superior and I was not worth talking to let alone being a repeat patient. Dr Smith never let's me down. He had performed two previous breast surgeries for me in an effort to reconstruct my chest (reconstruction isn't always a one procedure thing) after a real life disaster. My improvements were so significant, I had no desire to have a 3rd surgery I had reached a place of satisfaction. However, after a bad car accident I tore my r labrum and r rotator cuff and started having bad pain in my r breast as well. I had pains shooting down my arm and constant pain in my shoulder as well as sharp and constant pains in my breast. So back to Dr smith I went. All my imaging showed normal but the pain was extreme and he suggested we cut it open and check it out. Not only did he resolve the problem in my right breast, doing so also resolved most all my pain in my shoulder and brought me to an asymptomatic state. He went above and beyond as usual, and also made some adjustments to my previous reconstruction leaving me esthetically better then I have ever been since the original event that caused me to need the reconstructive surgeries. Dr Smith has always made me feel like he really cares about me. Has always went above and beyond for me to achieve my goals, and in this case saved me from pain I just couldn't take anymore. My daughters rhinoplasty done by Dr. Smith did not go well. She has a kink in the top of her nose. Her nose is very very pointy now and had not been prior. When trying to return to Dr Smith it was not easy to make an appointment, they said they will call her after they review her pictures. When she finally got an appointment they wanted to charge her to be seen by Dr. Smith. A consultation for a rhinoplasty is free but when you spend $8000 - $9000 on a surgery and that surgery does not go as planned they want to charge you to be seen. I can't praise Doctor Smith and his staff enough. The customer service is impeccable. His manner is amazing and he genuinely is a perfectionist. He's very honest and I believe that's what makes him the best. I would advise anyone to go for a Consultation and I promise you you will make the decision immediately to have your procedure done by him without a doubt and it will change your life. I actually feel like the staff are my friend they've been so good with me. I'm anxious and have constantly had questions and wanted to speak to someone, check things with someone etc and there is always someone there who is very reassuring and if they were unsure they will contact him and make sure your at ease. All in all Amazing practise oh and did I mention he's the only surgeon I'm aware of that has his own surgical centre which just feels so much cleaner than a public general surgical centre. I'd also recommend the hyperbaric oxygen chamber it will help your healing and makes you feel incredible. As you can see I'd give 100 stars if I could!! read more

I have to be honest. I am a 58 year old woman who has wished for a breast lift for probably 10 years. Surgery is no fun, but I feel the office was kind and realistic from the beginning. The results are nothing less than amazing! It is a process but after 10 days I clearly understand why they take all the precautions they do. I have been in the service business all of my life and all I can say is, the service here was exceptional. I had heard that Dr. Smith was talented but my results were beyond my expectations. I do believe some things, maybe, can not be fixed but what they recommended for me, all the precautions they took and all the post op care have all been part of a super successful experience.
