I have waited my entire adult life to have this surgery (I'm not giving details because I want to keep things a bit more private). I went to 3 doctors including Dr. Smith. He was a little bit higher price-wise (like maybe $2K), but I felt like he actually cared about me and was sympathetic to what I had gone through with a body that never grew right. AND his staff was so caring and kind, namely Desiree and Natasha. My surgery was easy for me, and I was made to feel comfortable before going in. After that Natasha took the best care of me, every follow up appointment she was my best friend in the room. Desiree popped in on occasion and checked on me too. Then there's Dr. smith, he always made me feel truly cared about, like I was his only patient! I've had 2 nose jobs before coming to Dr. Smith, and a previous boob job, I wish I would have done more research when picking a plastic surgeon instead of picking someone with an aesthetically appealing instagram who just knew the right angles :/ now my nose is perfect but it took 3 tries to get here when it should have only taken one. I got a breast augmentation from Dr. Smith in November 2023, and I am absolutely in love with my results! I wanted more natural looking breasts, and I was nervous implants in general would give off a super fake look. Dr. Smith gave me his recommendations for the size and profile, and I am glad I took his advice. He took my age and body frame into consideration. I got 500 cc silicone implants (I'm 5'8" and 135 lbs). My breasts look better than I ever imagined, and I get compliments from people saying they look very natural and that they are proportionate to my body. Dr. Smith truly knows what he's doing! I went in for a breast augmentation consultation - $100 by the way. After the experience, I don't feel like mincing words. Dr. Lane Smith's bedside manner was horrible, inappropriate, and he was a gross old douchebag. First of all, it felt like he just introduced himself and said "alright let's see the boobs". No getting to know us, a simple "How are you?", "What are you looking for?" He didn't even ask me what I wanted other than size. I asked my mom to come with me for my consult because it was my first time and I was nervous. He quite literally could not restrain himself from making comments about her looks the entire appointment, saying I should make sure to look like her, kept saying how amazing she looks, and things like "I bet all your boyfriends are chasing after her, huh?". At some point I just wanted to tell him to stop drooling and put it back in his pants cause he wasn't gonna get any. He basically told all the information about the procedure to her as if I wasn't the one getting and paying for it, hardly looking at me, and even admitted later that he thought I was only 17 or 18. Well I'm actually 24 and wrote my birthday at least 3 times on all the paperwork you have to do right before the consult, so he clearly didn't take the time to read any of it. Speaking of which, one of the questions on the papers asks if you have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia, etc. - which clearly isn't actually important to them but for him to continuously make comments to someone he assumes is only a teenage girl about boys and telling her she should make sure to look like her mom is concerning. Eventually I had to tell him "I'm for the girls" when he wouldn't stop talking about boys and boyfriends - assuming that's why I'd be getting work done rather than something for myself. He's also another person to tell me I would want kids eventually when both my mom and I told him I don't and will never want kids after mentioning recovery and breast feeding. In the end I just felt guilty for asking my mom to come with me and putting her in that situation. She was uncomfortable the whole time and did what we all do around creeps and just looked down at the floor and laughed along with his comments just waiting to get out of there. Safe to say I won't be returning and I would never recommend this Dr. to anyone. read more

I'm shocked at how I was treated by this facility. I have terrible diastasis recti due to multiple pregnancies incl a twin pregnancy. I paid $100 for a tummy tuck consult, went to the appointment, and waited 2.5hrs to see Dr Smith. He gave me a $20k estimate (tt with lipo) and recommended that I get my hernia repaired before the tummy tuck. So I did that, but by the time it was completed and I was healed, it was right before summer in LV and with 3 small children, I wouldn't have been able to stay out of pools for the required time (and who wants to wear the undergarments in 115 degree heat). I consulted w 2 other doctors and I'm ready to book the surgery, but those doctors told me info that conflicted w what Dr Smith told me. So I tried to book another appt w Dr Smith and was told I needed to pay $200 this time bc it's a "reconsult." Even though my cost estimate expired and I had the hernia surgery and additional questions, they refused to reduce the cost to $100. The woman I was transferred to said the other doctors who conflicted with Dr Smith are wrong and me getting the hernia surgery doesn't show I'm serious enough to get the tummy tuck. I told her I didn't feel comfortable paying $200 and I didn't understand why I couldn't be treated like a new client bc it's been almost a year, and she hung up on me. I was leaning towards Dr Smith, which was why I wanted to talk to him again--even though he's twice the cost of other plastic surgeons and made me wait 2.5hrs! But I'm totally shocked by how I was treated and I'm clearly just a dollar sign to them. Oh well. UPDATE: I read Desiree's kind response. But it doesn't change anything bc it was the CEO who claimed Dr Smith could lipo visceral fat and then hung up on me. I can't remember her name, but I remember thinking it was strange a CEO would handle this type of call. I've had two surgeries done with Dr Smith fully paid for both. never needed financial assistance I wanted to have my breast done a little larger and I can't get ahold of anyone for a simple quote on a revision or even to be told if I can still have one or not. when I called the office they were very friendly and told me to email the office manager... which I did and I've been ghosted. I can't say enough how happy I am with my overall experience. Beginning with my consultation. The girls at the front desk were fantastic the moment I walked through the door. I first want to start by saying, a friend of mine told me about the experience she had at this establishment, and it wasn't very pleasant. She also had to get surgery at least three times. For some reason,back in 2017, I didn't want to listen to her. I heard mixed reviews about Dr. Smith, but I was impatient and honestly, I wanted my breasts done too quickly. I guess in the end, you get what you pay for. At least in my experience. I posted a previous review in 2020, 3 years after my original surgery. I waited for so long because I am not one to cause conflict and I truly avoid it at all costs, however, I knew if this was my experience then it is most likely someone else's experience. Also, I'm hoping this review will make those reading it think twice. Dr. Smith said that I was the perfect patient the first time I went to his practice. I did everything right. Yet, my left breast was uneven. It looks like a larger bag is in my left breast. Although I was told, he put in the same size bags. So,in 2017, I was hoping that my left breast being out of alignment wasn't that bad. Then, my friends started noticing. They would ask me if my breast is meant to look like that. You can image how embarrassing that was. Not to mention, I didn't even feel confident naked at this point. Bathing suits were not flattering because the left breast would hang too low in my bikini. For 2 - 3 years I tried to bare my breasts but I was honestly just very uncomfortable. So at this time, I chose to write a review. I wrote the first initial review out of complete honesty, frustration and disappointment. I felt like I wasted my money. I took at least a month off from work to heal, just for my breasts to be uneven. It was very unsettling. So, after I posted the review, someone from Dr. Smith's office called me and asked me to take the review down. They said they would take some money off, and he would fix it GUARANTEED. I even contemplated that. If he couldn't get the job done the first time, how could I be sure he would get it done the second time. However, it was cheaper than going to someone new and I thought, well, I'm sure he will get it right this time. So, I spent around $1,000 on the anesthesia, which in all honesty, I wasn't happy with. I just thought it was a small price to pay as long as the second surgery went well. So I went in for my second surgery, and one of the nurses who was working close with me the first time says to me, why did you wait so long to come back in girl? She may not have meant anything by it, and I don't think she did. That's just not a comment I would have made to my patient. That's something you say to someone who know on a personal level, not a professional one. No matter the circumstance. I shouldn't be having to come back to the office in the first place. No matter how many months or years I chose to wait. Moving on, so I see Dr.Smith a second time. He comes in the room and doesn't really say anything. He just starts pushing my left breast up, like he's trying to see where the new placement needs to be. Which I understand, that's his job. However, it was an odd interaction, because there really wasn't one. The whole situation was just strange for me. Then he leaves and he proceed to do the second surgery the same day. Fast forward : I'm wearing my supportive bra. I'm doing everything I'm supposed to be doing as the patient. A few months pass and my left breast starts to bottom out. Literally..... I can see it bottoming out. So again, I reached out to the nurse that has been working closely with me and she tells me basically the same thing she told me the first surgery. Make sure you are wearing your bra, wear a shoe string under your breasts to keep it from bottoming out. However, how you can prevent a breast from bottoming out.. if it's already bottoming out? Fast forward to now : sometimes the under part of my breast hurts to the point where I have to wear a bra. It's like a sharp pain. I'm sure it's because of the bottoming out, but at the end of the day. I need to go to a well trained doctor as soon as possible. So, second surgery was also an additional dissatisfaction and another waste of my money. Again, I was contemplating writing this review, but it had to be done. Please please please, take Smith Plastic Surgery into high consideration before giving your money to this establishment. I would highly recommend against it. Ethical business practices are a must have for any business. It seems like that is not something this team is concerned about. I had a consultation here a couple of months ago with Lane Smith - the plastic surgeon who owns this facility it was probably the WORST experience I ever had at a plastic surgery office the "consultation" was ridiculous - I was there for over 3 hours - I told the same thing to 4 different people - medical assistants - who kept coming into the room and asking me the same exact questions - that in itself is beyond ridiculous - along with an over 3 hour wait - that I had to pay for! then - when the doctor finally showed up - he was very rushed - didn't listen to what I said had happened in my prior surgery and what I expected and needed from revision surgery - insulted my prior surgeon - who by the way has over 25 years of experience - who did not give me an infection - and who I again went to for my revision surgery - and have been a patient for over 13 years with ZERO complications or issues Lane Smith said he "could do multiple surgeries like breast augmentation revision and a tummy tucks and a BBL - ALL ON THE SAME DAY" which almost every other PS will not do - because of the risk of time under anesthesia - as well as not being able to heal properly when getting plastic surgery on the front AND back of the body - AT THE SAME DAMN TIME - he then showed me pictures of patients whose body types looked NOTHING like me how can I tell if I am going to like the surgery that you are going to do when you can't even show show me pictures of relatable cases? he showed me pictures of black women - with bodies that looked nothing like mine - what the hell??? I am white - with a very different body type - so I would need to see cases similar to mine and what I look like and my body looks like he was saying and I quote "I think we did pretty good" when he was showing me the very few - maybe 2 or maximum 3 - pictures NO - you didn't the pictures of his procedures were mediocre - AT BEST then - after 4 different girls coming into the room to ask me the same questions - and all of them having the same exact information before he was to come in - he STILL did not believe that my implants were placed sub muscularly - which they ARE - and made me flex my chest muscles to prove it - to which he said to the girl in the room "oh - her implants are sub muscular" DUH. no fucking shit. I told you and 4 girls this multiple times I am not an idiot - but clearly multiple people working in this "medical practice" ARE he kept saying I had a "cute butt" - and making other inappropriate comments which were not professional or related to my consultation well - I'm a mother of multiple children - and I know my backside does not "look cute" at this phase in my life! after children and weight gain! then - because I did not agree with him and his butt opinion - while speaking to me - he actually had the audacity to write "BDD" on the bottom of my paperwork let me tell you - I DO NOT have BDD (body dysmorphic disorder) !!! I have had only 1 plastic surgery in my lifetime - breast augmentation - and needed revision surgery due to a ruptured implant - that is the ONLY reason I went for a consult - this has absolutely NOTHING to do with how I view my body - and it made me even more upset than I already was when he did this! I have NEVER had my plastic surgeon or anyone else EVER in my lifetime say this to me or even suggest this - because I do not have that!!! I have a positive realistic mature viewpoint of my body - what I want it to look like - and have realistic expectations of what plastic surgery can do when he wrote that I had BDD - I was - at that moment - DONE but I had already decided that I could NEVER let someone with this personality and demeanor - and the pure chaos and unorginazation in the office to EVER cut me open with a surgical knife or perform surgery on me - NEVER!!! after all this craziness - the girls then never came back to the room to give my my estimate for surgery which he had told me they would after 30 more minutes of waiting - I opened the door to try to get someone to help me - and the doctor - Lane Smith - was there in the hallway looking for his staff as well he said - and I quote: "I can't find them - I don't know where anyone is - I'll have them email you your quote" WHICH NEVER HAPPENED I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I WAS ACTUALLY REFERRED TO THIS PLASTIC SURGEON AND WAS TOLD BY 2 PEOPLE THAT HE WAS GOOD AND THAT HE DID A GOOD JOB ON THEIR BREAST AUGMENTATIONS RIDICULOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL CHAOTIC UNORGANIZED OFFICE PERSONNEL I would never EVER let this man or anyone he is associated with operate on me!!! I made an appointment to get a bbl with dr smith about a year ago. I gained 10 pounds like they asked and I was 5 days out from surgery. I called the office 100x over two weeks and they finally called me back. They asked me to gain 10 more pounds. I then got nervous and said is this the right surgery for me. I can't gain 10 more pounds in 5 days. Maybe I just need a thigh lift. They rudely said this isn't the procedure for you and canceled my APPOINTMENT 5 DAYS BEFORE. Do you know how crazy that it is? I had an air b n b booked for a week, hired a dog sitter, had my plane, GAINED 10 pounds! When they canceled it on me, I was depressed for a while. I genuinely couldn't believe it. I prepared and waited a year. 6 months for a consult. 6 months for surgery. I had all this weight that I now had to get rid of. Weight I didn't want. Anyways, I wrote a google review telling my traumatic story and they wrote back, "she wasn't even a client here" How is that even real life. I put 15 grand down and they gave me a surgery date. I guess that doesn't make me a client lol. Dr smith's work is not that great. If you do your research, you'll see that he already works on pretty girls. If you want some advice, message me: I just got mine done from an artist of a doctor. His office answered all my questions and always answered the phone. 1 year ago I went to replace my right implant as it was old and bothered me. My left was already replaced after snowboarding accident and looked great. During the local anasthesy I was made to sign the paper that he will do a cut around my nipple not under the breast which I had before. I signed as I was loopy from medication already. As you see on the picture it left huge red painful scar around my now humongous nipple. It's been a year and it's still the same. I am ashamed to show it to my husband. I have no private life. It's ugly. On the other picture is a left boob for comparison. I was hoping it will get better but it did not.....I cried a lot. Also I had to wait hours in his clinic before he could see me. The follow up appointments were "on call" when you have to wait when he has a free time a rush to the clinic. Like we dont have jobs to be at ourselves. I am very sad. Called the office and never got a call back per usual. You guys never contacted me, EVER. Natasha said she'd contact me the next day after I seen her and never heard from you guys. Don't you think I would've been on standby for that call after I paid that much money? I made it to every single appointment (even when I was out of town) because I didn't want to be stuck like this and that last appointment I had, Natasha wouldn't even schedule me again. "I had to wait on a phone call I never received". I can't even enjoy "the other places of improvement" that you speak about because I constantly have to worry about covering this awkward looking LARGE lump on my butt. I didn't go swimming this past summer because I'm embarrassed to even wear a bathing suit. So as far as I'm concerned everything else is irrelevant. After paying that much money I should be able to wear anything my heart desires and shouldn't even feel the need to contact you guys anymore unless I want to pay for more work done. read more

I had a implant removal and mastoplexy, I am 51 years old. My boobs look great. I am so pleased with what Dr. Smith did! He lifted boobs beautifully , gave me gorgeous shape on the sides . And they are perky and stunning. I would highly recommend Dr Smith if you want to have boob surgery. I had scouted a few Dr's before deciding on which one, and he's the only one who actually listened to what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into anything unnecessary. And his staff before and after my procedure were so kind and friendly. Really put my mind at ease when I was nervous prior to my procedure. After care was a breeze because is the supportive, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really seem to care, as well as Dr. Smith. Dr Smith is amazing! I was referred to him by a friend that is also one of his patients. I had my implants removed and replaced by him in June of this year. The results are better than I could have imagined or asked for! Placement is perfect and my scarring is minimal. His staff is friendly and helpful and he really takes the time to understand what you want. I've seen the doctor multiple times since my surgery for regular follow ups and any concerns I've had have been addressed. I wish I would have used him the first time! read more

Firstly, I want to be sure everyone knows how fantastic Ms. Veronica Simon's bedside manner, patient education, patience, and overall kindness is. I've met many clinicians in my years of nursing, and she stood out among all of them. I want to make sure she gets the proper recognition you deserve! Beyond that the flow and process of getting things done is super smooth. For the sake of privacy I've decided not to share too many personal details, but I felt well-prepared and well-informed throughout my entire experience, from start to finish. They recently moved to a new clinic facility, and it is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and feels very high-end. It sets a great tone and atmosphere for all his patients. My only complaint, which is also a positive testament to Dr. Smith, is that I felt like I was frequently waiting a long time (past my appointment time) to be seen. I understand, though, that once Dr. Smith gets to you, he is meticulous, thorough, and gives you his full time and attention. This unfortunately ends up delaying the rest of his schedule, but you can tell he puts patients first and I'm absolutely ok with that.
