I was impressed that he presented two options, and was very clear as to costs and how soon he could get the work done. As Baysinger needed a sub, in the form of a tile-setter, he introduced us to another very experienced tradesman. In a few short days, they'd demolished the extant bathroom, replaced the shower with a perfectly executed walk-in, with custom tile. Another issue was the height of the royal throne, which was solved with the installation of a high quality replacement. In the billing, there were no surprises, or efforts to up-sell my family. The price was fair, but good work is never inexpensive. To Scott and his crew, I am very grateful.

Within 45 minutes, someone was here offering us options, informing us to the costs associated with each and getting to work fixing our issue. Within 10 or so minutes, he had everything fixed and working perfectly and the price (FYI there's an emergency service fee tacked on, which was completely worth it), was more reasonable than I expected for a Saturday night emergency visit! This happened a few times and my floor completely flooded. I called Joe and he came over to inspect the issue. Fortunately, or unfortunately, the problem seemed to clear itself up. Within the next week, it happened again. Joe came out the next day and we decided that I was using my garbage disposal incorrectly and that my pipes might have a lot of plaque on them. He inspected the pipes underneath my house, alerted me to a leak in my bathroom, and explained how everything is set up down there. I haven't yet replaced my pipes, but when I do, I'm calling Joe.

The pipes are too old and too thin. I was forlorn, torn and worn. So why the five stars? 45 minutes and a phone consult up in this bitch and he didn't charge me a dime for the bad news.
