I couldn't wait to write this review because I love nothing more than using a new company and getting impeccable service. So grateful for Erick Jr. getting back to me so promptly and working with me on cost and sending someone within an hour of my inquiry on Thanksgiving Day. Erick Sr. and his partner showed up exactly at 9am as promised. Erick Sr asked a few questions and gave me play by play what he's going to do to clear the problem and walk me through what he sees on the camera for bigger obstructions that might require a future visit to clear permanently. The service was hydro jetting my main pipe/line and they hydro jetted through a lot of roots and determined a small crack in the pipe from my house to the main city connector. I've felt with root issues for 20 years.
