[[HIGHLIGHT]]Erick Sr asked a few questions and gave me play by play what he's going to do to clear the problem and walk me through what he sees on the camera for bigger obstructions that might require a future visit to clear permanently.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was hydro jetting my main pipe/line and they hydro jetted through a lot of roots and determined a small crack in the pipe from my house to the main city connector. I've felt with root issues for 20 years. This is a 55 year old house and roots have grown out of areas you least suspect so I was expecting to hear about a cracked pipe but we agreed it wasn't too bad for how old the house is. They hydro jetted twice and used the camera 3 times to be sure the obstructions were cleared. I've never seen a more professional, well understood assignment and resolved so quickly while still taking their time to be sure the work was done successfully all at the same time. Hello, we needed an emergency clean out drain service. Their crew was working on a single-lane, hillside street yesterday, and they had a metal plate dropped off for work they were doing in the road. Unfortunately, the vehicle delivering the plate set up over a full foot from the curb, and another larger vehicle had a lot of difficulty getting past, since the plate delivery vehicle was parked so far into the narrow road. This created a traffic jam that clogged the only route of ingress for emergency vehicles to access over 2000 homes in the hillside. And on this particular street, if there's a jam and an emergency vehicle needs to get past, there is no way for jammed cars to clear the road. There is just nowhere to go. In the past, fire engines have actually had to back down the hill when this happens. And the flagmen sent not only didn't prevent this from happening, but didn't even bother to help the other oversize truck navigate past the delivery vehicle. They just kind of stood there and watched. It's frustrating when a vendor comes in and creates a situation that endangers the entire neighborhood, especially when it could have been completely prevented by parking closer to the curb and having flagmen more actively involved in managing a potentially extremely dangerous situation. read more

Repair arrived on time, inspected the malfunctioning dishwasher and suggested we try resetting it and call him if the problem persisted. The problem persisted big time with a flooded kitchen floor. We called to reschedule repair, were given a time. The day before we had a call from a company official to say they were canceling the appointment until they could give us an estimate. I asked how an estimate could be arrived at without inspecting the problem - the woman had no idea. Called today to ask if the technician was coming and was told the company had canceled. My advice to anyone with a dishwasher in trouble, DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY!!! I was obliged to check the star rating but believe me, one is one too many. read more

They arrived on time. That's the good news. The bad news and I would not recommend All Clear Plumbing.... They were basing everything on eyesight and could not find the leak. We have a leak in our kitchen either coming from the dishwasher or somewhere between the dishwasher and the sink. I paid $70 (too expensive!) and they said they could not find the leak. They wanted to tear up my kitchen to find the leak. We still have leaking water and have to find another plumber who will come with diagnostic tools. read more
