Had to talk to the owner to get everything fixed which took a 20 minute wait on hold. They are nothing but racist it's unbelievable how they treated the people that I sent to pick up my truck and my daughter who had broke down on the highway. I am a Caucasian white boy from Memphis Tennessee who married are young Dominican lady and had a child. Just because my daughter looks Latin they treated her like a black person normally gets treated in that area. I strongly suggest not to go there they will do nothing but rip you off and treat you poorly. My only regret is that there are not negative stars to give this company!

Following my reading of these reviews, I detected a similar observation. Tom's was NOT in the wrong. Frequently, when people have repair needs requiring repair experts attention, the infrequent customer might have no idea of how a repair shop functions. Yes, prices today are high for everything. I have found that Tom's service is impeccable. They have always informed me prior to repair, regarding work needed. My service requests have all been fulfilled to my complete knowledge & satisfaction. Tom's Automotive is my 1st choice in any repair needs!

Waited for a tow truck from 2:30p- 8:30 pm. Estimate was max 2 hours. Couldn't get anyone on the…read morephone. Trackers said someone was coming. Waited patiently. I don't know what was worse, needing a tow or dealing with Tom's. To make matter worse when I finally got someone on the line after 30 minutes @ 6:54pm on 4/21/26 and got an update, it was to the minute the same update I had been given 96 mins ago, 47 mins. I told her I thought something was wrong and maybe I could get a new driver. She said something out of line to me, then hung up. I wasn't rude to her even after waiting 6 hours, why was she so rude to me? If calls are recorded, I hope you look into it.
