This is my go to place for anything car related. I cant even imagine taking my car elsewhere. They are trustworthy, honest, & never try to upsell or convince you to get more than what is appropriate done. I've been going here for years and never had ANY issues. They are reasonably priced & have never price gauged me. The staff in the front & everyone in the shop/bay are always kind and respectful. They do usually stay pretty booked so it's important to call ahead & expect to get an appointment a few days later. But occasionally you can get a walk-in or have them squeeze you in. There is a reason I continuously go back to Travis.. and regret when I don't! The ladies at the front desk are phenomenal. They are friendly and always willing to help me out with a price quote or available services. I needed to get my engine replaced in my Honda and after looking through their systems they told me they would not be able to do it. I appreciated the honesty from the shop instead of them dragging me around trying to nickel and dime me for other services. I've gotten my vehicle inspected at a few other places here and they failed me.. I brought the vehicle for a redo here and was passed with no issues AND I told them why it failed at the other places. I was told they were just trying to get more money out of me possibly because I am a female. I feel I can actually trust Travis to tell me when something is actually wrong. A regular oil change is 39.99 and synthetic is 59.99, 5 quarts of oil. They will give you price quotes over the phone and every time I've gotten one it has been honored. If their work isn't 100% they make it better (for example they fixed my alignment but my steering wheel was funky, I took it back and they fixed it in minutes without any hassle) Last year I needed an 'emergency' vehicle inspection and they fit me in.. I had my 2 year old with me at the time and he was WILD but the girls in the office were very understanding and loved him. I'm late on my inspection this year (work schedule) and I was able to make an appointment on my off day next week for inspection and an oil change over the phone at a time that works best for me. ** Tip! ** If you are looking to get your vehicle inspected CALL AHEAD! Make an appointment, they really don't do walk in inspections! The inspection takes around 20-60 minutes depending on how busy they are (and they stay busy and in business for a reason). read more

I've heard Travis is an honest guy which is why I went by here for some work. I had a gear on my f350 going bad. I asked for a price for this job, the receptionist went to talk to Travis, came back and told me that Travis won't work on F350 gear installs, only f250s or lower. I asked why, she said "he didn't say." I would have had respect for the shop if they simply declined the job instead of making something up. There is no difference on a gear on a f350 vs a f250. read more

It is extremely dificult to find a good, reliable auto repair shop. For the time being, I think I have found one. I have been to several shops in the local area including Dellingers and Harris' and seem to always have an issue. So far I have taken 2 vehicles to Travis' and had good results. The prices are affordable and I leave feeling that they didnt rob me. A couple of times they flat out told me that they couldnt exactly figure out the problem, and they didnt charge me. Other places would have charged me an arm and a leg, attempt to fix the problem, and then I leave poorer and still have the issue. I would much rather have them admit to me that I should take the import to a specialist or the dealer if it is beyond their skill. They have been quick and efficient so far. Also, if they didnt completely fix the problem, they are willing to take it back, and fix it with no charge. So far, so good. Crossing my fingers. Also, I have recieved other good feedback from friends who have had the same experience here. So I dont consider this just feedback from me. We've taken all of our vehicles to Travis for the last 12 years. They've kept our 2002, 2004, 2006, and 2011 models running so well that we haven't even thought about buying a new car.
