What was initially suppose to be just a fix turned into a cool experience and I also learned some new things about my firearms. The ammo and everything in there is very reasonably priced. I also asked them if they bought level 2 outdoor carry holsters. ( i had a law enforcement grade holster for my glock , 19 gen5 and a few others. Anyway, when I get down there, they said, go ahead and pull it out of my backpack, they started sifting through it like they were at the thrift store and just tossing stuff around saying no, junk, already got too many of these etc. Now, when it came to the ammunition, it was boxed with the original price tag, made by a company called Sierra. He starts going through them telling me they are reloads. Mind you , I know , ammunition and firearms , so I straight out called him a liar. Some of the ammunition was mixed , which I understood that , but I had every box. So I offered to go outside , organize them all , so they're in their proper boxes. And he says, when I get back in, you know what not going to bother with these they're worthless, they're reloads, anyway, no thanks.. they acted like because they worked at a gun store that they were three times better of a human being than I am and we're wall street brokers compared to the crackhead on the corner. I left that store more hurt and angry than I had been in a long time.I will never go back.It is a rinky-dink, little store.Anyway , and I would advise none of you ever go there , all of those guys acted like that every single one of them. Rather than say that he took my money and then drilled out the muzzle device (which already had a pre-drilled hole for a pin & weld from the factory), and then jammed a piece of solder into the hole and didn't even properly melt it down. There was spalling on my barrel and the whole thing was a total mess. I wound up having to send it out to another shop to have it drilled out and redone. A complete waste of money, I have always resented this place for how they did me wrong and I hope that guy either learned actual gun smithing or gave up and moved onto other things.

For $25 each, you get the use of the range, 2 targets, eye and ear protection rental, and they have a lounge with fountain sodas that you can hang out in after. There were a few MAGA shirts for sale, but as a bleeding heart liberal woman, I felt perfectly safe there. Since my gun was brand new and I haven't been shooting in about 20 years, my brother set up some target stickers on the side of one of the targets to ensure it was dialed in. After a few rounds, the RSO came by and questioned what we were doing. For some reason, this range uses a picture-frame style cardboard backing. Someone actually took the time to cut out the center of the cardboard. He was somewhat polite until he started complaining that we were shooting "his" cardboard frame and needed to stop. It's literally a piece of cardboard that was already riddled with holes. There was no explanation, other than the frame was his and we weren't allowed. My brother was a marksmanship instructor in the Marines for years and we could not come up with any valid reason. Other than that, we had a great time.
