While I was there Deana set up all the information with Enterprise for my car rental. My part was back ordered and she called to let me know that the repairs would have to be done a few days later and she also changed the reservation for my rental. I was unable to make it to the shop before they closed and I called Deana to let her know. She told me that she would leave the keys in the car and I could just drop the check in the drop box. When I revived my car back it was detailed inside and out and I was pleasantly surprised. I expected the outside to be done but not the inside. The policy is apparently no customer-supplied parts, period. It felt like it was purely about marking up the parts themselves rather than any real concern. For something as basic and straightforward as plugs and coils, this rule is ridiculous and frustrating. Ended up doing it myself. If you're capable of handling a basic tune-up yourself and just want to pay for labor to save time, this isn't the place their inflexible policy will waste your time instead.
