None of the food really stood out. I ordered the sirloin steak over fingerling potatoes and zucchini. I asked for the sauce to be put on the side, instead they gave me a cup with extra sauce AND on my steak. The service was extremely slow. The bartender was our waiter and he was preoccupied with the bar the whole time (makes sense). I had to ask another waiter for extra beverages and the last time I had to physically walk up to the bar for another drink and to get the check. We came here on a Tuesday night about 7PM. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We walked in for a table of 4 to a fairly empty restaurant and were not even acknowledged. After waiting a good 5 minutes, someone approached us and sat us at a table with menus. Waited another 10 minutes just to have our drink order taken. Drinks arrived and we were assured he would be back in a minute for our order - that never happened. We sat there waiting for about 20 minutes, watching everyone around us, who arrived after us, have their order taken. Again, pretty empty restaurant and a good 5 waiters walking around aimlessly. Waited another 10 minutes, got disgusted, dropped money on the table and left. Nobody even cared as we got up and walked out. But we ended up at an amazing restaurant with great service, so thank you. read more

Stopped here for lunch on the way back from berry picking. We decided to sit at the picnic tables set up outside and called in the order. The young man who we spoke to and who served us was the most friendly and accommodating server. The food was so yummy. Waffle and sweet potato fries were perfect. The server even made my sister some homemade dipping sauce for her fries. It was a great first experience here and we will definitely be back! read more

If it's Sunday you should be at Smitty's for football. They have a wall of screens and then a ring of TVs for the second and third level of the "stadium". But the real reason why you need to stop by is the fantastic staff headed up by Andre and Kelsey. He not only supports the staff but he excels at customer service. Every Sunday I see him and the rest of the staff constantly trying to make each person's time here as enjoyable as possible. They have pool, arcades and a bowling alley that look very cool and I can see how this place could get packed in the summertime. Terrible service, terrible management. The only reason we went was because it was where the Polar Express left from and it seems thats where most of their business was coming from... that and the biker crew bowling next store. I ordered a Vegetable Panini and it came with about 3 tiny mushrooms and some lettuce. I opened it up because it seemed as if it was just bread and showed the waitress. I told her it looks like where was some stuff missing, meaning they were being rather skimpy on the vegetables. She appeared to agree, brought it back to the kitchen and then brought it back to me exactly the same saying that the cooks said everything that was supposed to be on it, was on it. This is where I blame the waitress, she should have slapped some more veggies on it and not taken her orders from the cooks in the back but that's just my opinion. I'm also not quite sure why she asked my entire table "is everything okay?" when she had no intention of making it right if it wasn't Shocked, I brought my plate over to one of the mangers who carefully and obnoxiously pointed out each item on the sandwich and agreed that everything was on it. That really wasn't the issue, it was that there was one tiny roasted red pepper and two tiny mushrooms, hardly a sandwich. I told them I didn't want it and as I was leaving to go back to my table, another manger came out and said they were making me another one. Really now?? So now the cooks aren't in charge? Shouldn't that call have been made when I first brought it up to the waitress? It was too late I shouldn't have even had to get up. The waitress should have made it right. When I got back to the table with my family my Dad still hadn't gotten his meal and everyone else had so don't expect to eat all together either. That's waitressing 101 right? Bring food out together. I guess the cooks told her too. I passed the manager on the way back from the bathroom later on and he apologized again and said he was furious. I told him it was such an easy fix he could have made and he said the guys in the back made the call. Still not sure who put them in charge. I was also there for another hour and half waiting for the Polar Express. If he was so furious he had plenty of time to make it right. Long story short a business like that who can't spare the cost of a few extra mushrooms will never last. I mean they had to eat the cost of the sandwich they originally gave me since I sent it back, so what was the point of that? It's a decent location, atmosphere and there is a bowling ally attached so it should be successful but you can't out sell bad management . I'm not a complainer and after reading the other reviews and seeing the same thing about the panini and service now I know I'm not crazy. :) read more

I enjoyed the sports bar atmosphere.... lots of TVs, NFL package, stadium style seating & vast menu options. However, the food and the service were disappointing. The food was bland.. burgers sounded good from the description on the menu but the taste didn't match. The pizza was also mediocre at best. The best part of the meal was the calamari appetizer. The service was probably the worst I've experienced in a while. They gave us a drink which we didn't order... we immediately notified them and they apologized. Then the food came and they messed up one of the orders which was returned. The waitress didn't check on us throughout the meal. When the bill came, they had charged us for the extra drink.It just seemed like they were unorganized and careless. read more

My wife and I ordered a 4 cheese pizza and we were appalled at how bad it was. Top cheese was Rigota and it looked like they poured it on. Kind of tasted like paste. Then we got the bill and again we were disappointed. Two beers and a large pizza came out to be $43. I would hope that the other menu items are of better quality. This is a bar/grill attached to a bowling alley. Interesting stadium seating layout. Service was ok. Ordered the ribs, and they were kind of chewy, which means that they were either a lower quality rib, or overcooked. The fries were good, but the ribs kind of ruined it for me. This place is "average" at best, and best to stick with bar food like burgers and fries. I would not recommend coming here specifically for a dinner out. A generous 3 stars. read more

The bartender should not be waiting tables. We were seated in the lowest level on this place, I believe there are 3 level. Its cute making it look like stadium seating with the levels huge tvs behind the bar. It is a cute atmosphere. The bar was about half full and the bartender not only took care of them but us as well something not many can even pull off so I wasnt upset at her for being inattentive, she was busy and should not have tables as well as the bar. I was upset that the place would run like that. We ordered mozzarella sticks, which were okay. I wish they were cooked longer so the cheese was completely melted....or maybe they were but the busy bartender took a while to get them so they no longer melted. We ordered ribs and a burger. It was just okay...nothing special also nothing terrible. Halfway through our meal they had live music start that was obnoxiously loud. I dont enjoy having to yell to the person Im having dinner with for them to hear me, so I just sat silently most the time wishing for the two people singing and playing guitar to take a break...wishful thinking cause they didnt the rest of our meal sadly. I just wanted to leave but took a while to get boxes and the check because the bartender was busy with the people sitting at the bar. Service was slow. Looked like they where short staff and they looked confused about orders and table orders. I think the manger was running orders out. They have a brick oven and pizza prep area but they did not use the brick oven, after pizza prep they brought it inside kitchen to cook. My food came out way before my table mates. The restaurant is in the front/side of the bowling alley and it has 4 odd levels. Not to friendly for customers with disabilities,or customers that have a hard time with steps. Basic bar food but expensive, Frozen small hamburger was about $9.00. Better off eating in a food court for less. read more

Worst service ever. Went there 3 times in a month recently. 1) A Monday afternoon. There was only another table or two in the restaurant that had people and about 2 people sitting at the bar. The service was on the slower side but not terrible and the food was good but not great. The entire bar area is really cool with the stadium seating setup and multiple TV's. 2) Tuesday dinner about a week later. Again, the restaurant was pretty empty as there were only about 10 other people in the place. They sat us down and we looked over the menu and no one came to see us. After about 10 minutes I finally flagged down a busboy to get us some help as no one even came to take drink orders. A few minutes later the waiter comes and then things went on at a normal, albeit slower pace then is to be expected. The bill came but no one ever came to take the payment and since it was a credit card we had to wait. I eventually just went down to the bartender to settle up. After dinner the kids went to the arcade but a number of the games were not working or accepting the prepaid cards. 3) Friday or Saturday night that same week. We had friends over and they wanted to go bowling so we went back to Smittys. We paid for an hour or two of unlimited bowling and the group of us got 2 games in just before our time was up so that worked out well. The friendly server brought us our apps and drinks quickly and we had a good time. The only exception was when I first asked for a beer that was listed on their sign and he told me they didn't have it. More on that later..... We even checked out their private party room and were intrigued by the prospect of having future events there. We even checked out their party packages. We then went back to the restaurant/bar area for dinner since the games were on and then things got pretty bad. We got seated and again the place was pretty empty considering it was either a Friday or Saturday night about 7pm and the games were on. We waited for someone to take drink orders and eventually the bartender came up to us and apologized for the delay saying the waitresses were busy. OK, whatever but there was a "manager" talking with the hostess that entire time who clearly could have helped. I asked for the same beer on the menu that the previous server told me was out and guess what, they had it! We ordered our apps, drinks and meals and eventually our apps and drinks came and as soon as the server left we realized that we had no utensils, no napkins and no plates. We had to get their attention and wait a few more minutes until they came back. We enjoyed our food and conversation but we eventually realized that our glasses and app dishes were empty. I look at my phone and it was 45 minutes after we received our apps and no one had come back to clear our table and fill our drinks. Keep in mind, the place was pretty empty as our table of eight accounted for about half of the people in the place. The "manager" was still talking to the hostess. By now it was about an hour since we received our apps and drinks so we finally went to speak with the "manager" who went in the back to straighten things out. We knew the food was not coming out soon because they have a pizza oven next to the bar and the pizza guy hadn't been over there in at least 30 minutes. Needless to say, we had ordered a pizza. A few minutes later about half of us get our food and there's a new app on the table that no one ordered. Also, we ordered a 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 meatball pie which came out as one pie filled with both pepperoni and meatball all over it. When the guy came with the rest of the food for the table we told him the pie was wrong and the app on the table is something we didn't order. As we were talking to him he clearly had an attitude and at this point the "manager" came up to our table and whispered something in the servers ear for a few moments before walking away and not acknowledging us even though he knew we were having problems since we spoke to him earlier that night. They also took that appetizer away. The server turned to us as the "manager" left and apologized with his same attitude and told us that they would be making new pizzas to replace the ones they screwed up. Those new pizzas came out but we didn't even touch them. By now we didn't feel comfortable eating or drinking anything else that came from that place. To their credit, when the bill came it was marked as 50% off due to our issues. We paid in cash and left to go to the arcade section again. We hadn't even been out of our seats for 30 seconds when I noticed the server going up to our table to retrieve payment. He was probably pretty annoyed when he saw those full pizzas not even touched but oh well. We were still hungry and could have eaten them but we didn't trust that place after our issues. Bowling is OK but stay away from the restaurant. We won't be back for food, bowling or to host a party. Their loss. read more

This place I expected to be better. Nobody greeted me at the door. Sat myself at a bar table. A few minutes later I was approached by a server. I asked for a sprite and the wifi code. The wifi code did not work. I ordered. Chili arrived with no spoon. I found one in the server station. The panini arrived 15 minutes later. Fries were cold and the ketchup was empty when she put it on the table. So 28.00 for chili and panini with a soda is not worth the money. read more

Staff kept felling us "food will be out shortly". I had Classic $ 8.00 burger, tasted frozen. Buba burgers are better and a $3.00 unsweetend ice tea was in a tall thin cocktail glass filled with ice.
