She was attentive, pleasant and was able to quickly and accurately answer questions that we had (we have some dietary restrictions and needed to verify some ingredients. Instead the dish was more of a pork belly in a broth. We actually enjoyed that much more! It was plentiful, cooked to perfection and flavorful. I ordered the pork chop with spicy cherry peppers in a light evoo broth. I told our server that I wasn't eating potatoes or rice and asked for a recommendation for a substitute. She recommended the broccolini which was a perfect alternative. My pork chop was served perfectly (medium, juicy,) and was huge! We passed on dessert but the options looked amazing. The changes behind the bar have also affected the drinks, which just aren't as good as they used to be. I understand that businesses change and new owners may want to bring their own ideas to a restaurant. But when you've been a loyal customer for 20 years, you notice when the quality, service, food, and overall experience change.
