I was in and out in no time. Went during the week, most I waited was about 15 minutes Got my smog done in under 5 minutes. Front desk lady was very nice and answered all of my questions. They do have Wifi The guy who did the smog was friendly and very efficient - Sorry I didn't catch his name. Price to me was average: Paid under $60.00 - 2007 year Vehicle. I have had friends and family come here already as referrals. So yes, I do recommend. Place could be a little hard to find, but you just need to look for the big sign that says Smog! read more

Very disappointing experience with this group. I was told 3 times that my out of state smog test would be completed and sent to the registration state DMV. I took them at their word and when it did not transfer electronically 3 days later, phoned them to discuss. The agent said that was never the case for electronic out of state transfers, apologized and hung up on me. Very untrustworthy group. Would have rated zero stars if possible. Buyer beware read more

There are fewer and fewer GOOD smog shops out there, and this is probably the last good one in north county! It's true, pass or don't pay, and they are reasonably priced. The guys that work there are very nice and courteous, no BS. They were nice enough to give me a discount for having both my cars smogged on the same trip. I always try to buy LOCAL. Smog Brothers was relocated off a busy intersection by another business. However ... the short drive off Mission Road onto Aviation is well worth the couple of minutes. Their facility is user friendly, nice waiting area with a big screen TV, and a very friendly, proficient young lady to check you in named Jesenia. One car was ahead of me, and from the time I left home on East Mission to my return home was less then an hour. If you want friendly, efficient service, you won't find a more qualified Smog Check dealer in Fallbrook. They are absolutely THE BEST. read more

Let me start this review off by saying I have never written a review on Yelp before. I don't typically take the time to write reviews because I'm very busy (like most of us). This time, however, I had to take the time to write a review because of how badly I was treated by one of the co-owners of this operation. Never have I been treated with such disrespect by an owner of any establishment. Let me fully explain the situation. I took my truck in for a smog because I heard that these guys were quick, efficient and cheap. On the day I had my smog done everything went great. I was in and out in a timely manner and the price was very competitive-no complaints. However, approximately one year later when I decided to sell my truck there was a mileage discrepancy noted on a Carfax report. When I checked the Carfax report, sure enough, there it was. They reported my mileage as 80k instead of 50k. Hey, I understand mistakes happen. That is not where I have a problem. The problem arose when I call to inform them of the mistake, so they could help me rectify the situation. I was treated like it was my fault this was happening, and I should deal with it on my own. The only problem with that is Carfax prefers a letter from the establishment that made the mistake-stating they "made a mistake." One of the co-owners basically refused to help me stating "It's impossible for me to change Carfax's database." I tried to explain to him what I needed, and he said he couldn't write me a letter, with the name of his company on it, stating they had misstated the mileage!! I mean, I know we're all very busy, but how long could that possibly take?! As I tried to persist (as I was beginning to get upset) he said he would "deal with it" and then hung up on me! All for something so simple. Anyway, it's because of this terrible treatment, and the attitude of this co-owner, that I have been spurred to write my first review. I hope it helps you in your decision to find a reputable smog establishment. read more
