Ken is VERY personable. Offered us water. Let us use the (very clean) restroom. And our vehicle passed. I just bought my car from out of state, and the state of California requires any car bought out of state to be smogged. So, a friend referred me to Smog Stop and I was pleased as ever! I believe these two men are a father/son duo. They were honest, kind and just that good old small business type guys that have been in business forever and do a great job.
