One Internet Manager and one Internet Sale Specialist in the email with me. Ask - Answer and i got their quote for a Nissan Kicks SR Premium Package. It totally different, like $7000 more for the OTD Pricing from the website. I just gave up and they ask how much i expect. I just show them the pricing from their " own website ". I did not low ball anything. So they agree and ask me to come to the Dealer soon because incentives from Nissan end today, April 30. I hard check my Credit to pull up the Interest rate. After that was what i waste my time and also lose my money for taking the shift off, hard inquiry my credit score for nothing. I went to the dealer and sat with sale guy. And then the Sale Manager came over and tried to get me any pricing up north. He said he can only give pricing right now. Come on, your sale team member agree that OTD and invite me to come to do paper. That is ridiculously amateur. The Sale manager agree with that and left again. He came back and wanted to knock me up with a higher price. I said no but eventually i agreed to round up the number and do the interest that my bank provided me but with their lender. He left again. Third time , he tried to play words with me like your number you show is net price before tax, bla bla bla. Look at the photos i attach. Advertise Pricing that company show $26750 , tax and fee show $2945.97. Sum up the 2 numbers will come out to $29695.97. He wanted to play words with me like $29695.97 is the net pricing with tax and fee , and wanted to add $2945.97 one more time. I was tired with this guy, no respond and decided to leave. For the whole story, i did not low ball their pricing. Whatever their mother company want to sell , i agree to pay for, but when i come to the dealer. All dramas and traps. Even when the sale team member agree with the OTD pricing. You still have to deal with their sale manager with all bs reasons. ONE MORE THING: THE CAR IN REAL IS NOT SIMILAR TO THE ONE THEY ADVERTISE. THE WHEEL LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ON THE WEBSITE EVEN THOUGH STOCK # IS SIMILAR. I GUESS THEY SWAP FROM OTHER MODEL FOR OTHER CUSTOMER. SO WHOEVER BUY THAT CAR AND DO NOT PAY ATTENTION OR CHECK CAREFULLY, WILL END UP BEING A LOSER. I ASK AND THEY BLAME TO THE THIRD PARTY THAT TOOK PHOTOS OF THE PICTURES.

I was quoted approximately $1,300 for parts and labor. However, after contacting the dealership, I learned the part cost around $450, while my receipt from Ernie Perez showed a charge of $753 for the part. When I questioned this discrepancy, the response given was, "we have to pay the bill somehow," which I found unprofessional. This matter is not about money but about principles. Due to these unprofessional comments, I will no longer bring my vehicles here for service. I advise others to research carefully before choosing this shop, especially if the bill is significantly higher than expected some time without issues until recently. What was thought to be a simple tune up costs me $863 and never addressed the real issue of needing new head gaskets a belt and an alternator that needed to be replaced because of the oil that was pouring out all over it as I drove off the lot and turned right around and came back as my battery light was on and not charging. I had to leave the car in the shop an additional day and pay an additional $1,590.79 and that was with a 10% discount as compensation for having to pay the initial cost of $863 when that wasn't the issue! That's right I payed $2,453.79 for a $1,750 repair that wasn't diagnosed correctly in the first place and the manager didn't even step up and compensate me correctly for THEIR mistake! Shout out to Richard, the cashier, for giving me his employee discount of 10%! As the Manager should be forced to review the reiteration of diagnosing a car first to make sure that the first/major issue is made aware to the customer and how the customer wishes to proceed! If diagnosed correctly in the first place I would have held off on the $863 tune up in order to afford the head gaskets, the belt and a new alternator plus labor costs! I will never give props to Pep Boys again as I have for the better part of 30 years! In case everyone on the planet is unaware, money doesn't grow on trees!

As a long-term customer, I can confidently say Thomas is one of the most honest, dedicated, and professional people I've ever met. He never recommended unnecessary services, and whenever there was a real safety concern, he took it seriously and made sure everything was handled with great care. Because of him, I always felt safe and confident with my car. Although Clovis is quite far from San Jose and I may not be able to continue getting services from him, I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize how exceptional he is. The customer service was great they have been nothing but helpful with all my questions and my doubts . Every staff i have spoke to are very kind and with great attitude. Seriosuly whoever is hiring these employees are doing awesome . I wish i can go back and just purchase my car here . But moving foward i will reccomend my family and friend to this dealership .
