Giving a two star because the guy was nice but he refused to run a smog test on my car because it had a muffler delete. My car just has a cold air intake that's CARB legal (I even showed him the sticker saying so) and the muffler delete other than that it's completely stock. Im disappointed that the mechanic does not fully understand what effects emissions and refused me a simple smog test...now I'm late for my tags‍ smh read more

Let me start by saying that I am a haggler. The prices at this place are fantastic. I have been going to this shop for three years for smog check and oil change. They have great service and their good work ethics are obvious. I would definitely recommend them. Last time I had a smog check, they checked all the fluids and recommended I replace the air filter. Since Auto Zone is around the corner, I decided to get the filter. When I got back, they were vacuuming the leaves off of my car and treating the battery terminals. Brought my Audi in for oil change. Afterward, "service now" message still on. Shop owner said something was wrong with my car. I told him that he needed to connect his scanner to the car to reset it. He told me I was wrong, that it's a problem with my car. I showed him online that I was right. He got angry and said he didn't have the equipment. If he couldn't do the job right, he shouldn't have accepted it! Now I'm stuck because no one will reset it if they didn't do the service. read more
