I've been overcharged at other places before, but these guys were great. Highly recommend. Plus there's a waiting room with comfy recliners, AC, bathroom, WiFi, and even a coffee machine.

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

The best place to get your smog check in LA. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was only 15 minutes. Great location, with a place to sit right outside and it's next to a gas station so you can get a snack while you wait. They even give you a discount if you mention yelp. After paying for my registration online, I got notification in the mail that I needed to get a smog on my vehicle. I used Smog Wise in the past & was happy with their service so I went in today & not even 10 mins later I was out the door with included electronic submission to the DMV. Could've have been easier. If you don't pass Ray let's you know what you need to do to get your car to pass in layman's terms. Convenience at a Great Price, Ray is the only Smog tech I have ever used. read more
