Can it be true? All these 5 stars? No way right? Oh it's true. It's damn true. They know their stuff, they anticipate your needs, answer your questions, it's so painless. My car didn't pass but they were able to tell me what the problem was, how to solve it, and told me about a shop nearby that had the equipment to find the problem (All Automotive which did a great job as well in finding and fixing the problem). I go the next day to the shop to fix the problem and the person from Smog Zone comes and helps out to find the problem. That's how great these guys are! Fixed the problem, came back, did the test, passed. Why can't all businesses be like this one? read more

They smog Hybrid cars! I'm glad I found this place. Haik provided excellent service for my Toyota Prius when I brought it in last week. I needed a smog check on my hyrid because it has been two years and the registration was due- last minute went in and got the Prius smogged by an excellent and nice smog technician. Best thing was it was quick, cheap and I didn't need a appointment just drove in. Haik finally gave me the break down of what my Pruis did well in and how everything was in the test. Told another customer that his car would not pass since his computer had just been reset.... before even testing it....he is super knowledgeable and trustworthy. He could have tested it and collected the money knowing it would fail and the customer would have to come back again. I'm so glad I found this place on Yelp! I went without an appointment and they were immediately able to take my car. They were friendly and told me I could wait in the waiting room that they have inside which is nice and cool. It took about 10-15 min and I checked in on Yelp and got $15 off the normal $60 it normally costs. I will definitely be going back here for any other smog checks in the further! read more

Wow. Talk about a great shop and a great experience. So because I was selling my car I needed to have it smogged. I went to at least 4 different smog shops before finally finding Smog Zone. This place is a diamond in the rough. Every other shop i visited the technicians were rude and the shop was not inviting. Not the case when i arrived at Smog Zone. After speaking with Haik for a few minutes I knew i had found the right place. He was not only professional, but incredibly friendly. After getting the run around at all the other smog places, it was a welcome relief to find an honest and friendly shop. There was no BS, just the facts on how much it would cost, how long it would take, etc etc. So Haik hooked up my car to the machine and about 20 minutes later i was done. In and out. It was very nice to know that a shop appreciates your business and treats the customer with respect. BOTTOM LINE: come to Smog Zone next time you get that dreaded smog check notice in the mail.
