This has been by far the best Smog shop I been to. I showed up on a Saturday morning without calling just got off work and drove it there. I had completely forgotten that my registration required a smog check and it was due the next day. Thankfully once I arrived there was only once person almost done with there smog check. I came in last minute and Haik always kept me updated on the timing so I wasn't just sitting around wondering what was happening. He was very professional, honest and was really hustling so customers would have a short wait. I took my vehicle in for a smog test but my check engine light was on. Instead of charging me for a smog test (knowing it would fail), the owner would not take my money and instead suggested I fix the issue and come back and try once the check engine light is gone. Can it be true? All these 5 stars? No way right? Oh it's true. It's damn true. They know their stuff, they anticipate your needs, answer your questions, it's so painless. My car didn't pass but they were able to tell me what the problem was, how to solve it, and told me about a shop nearby that had the equipment to find the problem (All Automotive which did a great job as well in finding and fixing the problem). I go the next day to the shop to fix the problem and the person from Smog Zone comes and helps out to find the problem. That's how great these guys are!
