I've bought these same nitrox from this store on Prue multiple times and I never had this issue, but I was only able to get about 20 hits, this time, out of the can before it went out. I'm thinking one of his employees is taking from the cans. He needs to check his cameras and press charges if they are stealing from him. I bought this March 27th, around 7:25. She even had to hold the nitrox to the camera to get the price from the owner. I'm sure you can track it on the camera if someone used it before me. I have been a loyal regular at this shop for years, but after my experience today, I will never return. They are knowingly selling defective, dead on arrival products and refusing to honor exchanges, even when the device is tested and proven broken in front of staff. The customer service is dismissive and unprofessional. Between the faulty inventory and the lack of basic compliance, this establishment needs a serious regulatory audit of their business license and sales practices. TLDR: rude staff both times I came here, can't be bothered to talk to the customers about product, and will sell you very obviously used/defective product and then refuse to refund you. Other reviews are also mentioning the used/defective products with no refunds thing, and it is absolutely true, so buyer beware!!! I told her I've bought DOZENS of this brand vape and I NEVER seen one like that, and if I'm paying $40 I better get my damn moneys worth! Again she basically tells me sorry sucks to suck, since it still works we don't have to refund you. Like sure yes it works, and I'm sure it worked great for whoever smoked half of it before I bought it Don't come here, I know because it's close to all the apartments in this area that you'll wanna go for the convenience but it's not worth it. This place has an amazing selection of products. However, the staff is not at all knowledgeable about the products nor do any of them have any competence in customer service. Whoever owns this place needs to get better staff or do some serious training. I asked about one product and the associate said they didn't carry it. This place is "cheap" on escos for a reason! I bought two separate vapes, both different flavors. Neither vape had any flavor, they tasted like they had already been used up! When I was inside the store the young (emphasis on young) man at the counter told me no returns for ANY reason, which I'm fine with. I was leaning slightly over the glass (my elbows were on the glass) to look at the vape flavors because I am BLIND, (which I do at Cloudy on culebra and they let me lean all the way over no issues, great shop!) the kid told me "careful with your elbows on the glass my boss will yell at me". I understand having rules that your boss is extra strict about, but telling a customer that is kind of unprofessional. When I was at checkout, the girl didn't ask for my I.D (I'm in my 20s and look youngg), she did ask if I'm a student or military, and asked for my military ID (however I didn't have mine on me). I've been to this shop twice before, have never been IDed here, ( this is the first time for vapes) and every time I've been in I've noticed that the employees look and sound veryy very young, and inexperienced. The two KIDS that helped me today do not look old enough to even be out past curfew. I understand if one or two employees look young for their age, but I'm concerned that the majority of these employees look like teenagers. I come here frequently for one very specific brand and flavor and it's on my way home from work. Every time I'm in here it's a different experience. Which isn't necessarily a good thing. I've been helped by some very sweet people. So this is not about them. But some of the staff are so rude I find it hard not to retaliate. No one ID's. I'm pointing this out because I watched a bunch of Brandis students walk in purchase and leave. I watched someone give attitude to a woman looking for a niche brand of cigarettes. I had to intervene. Not fun. I've not experienced open packages, used pens, and refund issues, but I've seen those happen too. They are very clear with dozens of signs about refunds and touching the glass that it's not acceptable and they will SNAP at you for putting your finger tip on the glass. If it's that fragile, you need to replace it. If you don't want it dirty, hire someone who doesn't mind cleaning. Just yikes. The store isn't the worst, but I use it purely out of convenience and if there was a closer place, I'd stopped coming here. I was just at Smoke & Eve 15503 Babcock Rd, Suite #4, zip code 78255, I just bought a "Lost Mary, Cherry lemon" and they have you test it prior to leaving (just in case it's not working adequately), well I UNFORTUNATELY had the experience of buying a vape that's flavor wasn't tasting the way a (new vape) should normally taste like. So mind you, the (owner, or his son) is the individual who I talked to, and he basically tells me unless it's BURNT they won't exchange it for a new one. I typically always go to this shop every other week or so to buy this specific vape and exact flavor and when this individual told me he was not going to exchange it, for a new one (same vape,same flavor) just bc it's "flavor was off" I was extremely disappointed with their customer service.
