The piece is clearly not used (it never even turned on or lit up when plugged in as it should). He then says had it not been opened they could have exchanged it. How would I have known it didn't turn on without opening? Any other smoke shop would fix the problem but now they want me to keep a $260 piece that they sold but never worked.

I went into Smoke N Cigar looking for a new piece I could use as a rig. I met a man who I believe…read morewas the owner and he was very helpful and friendly! I told him I wanted to go look around to see what was out there, and he commented that I wouldn't find better prices and pieces than what he had to offer- in good spirits. I laughed and told him I'd probably be back and I went and visited 4-5 other smoke shops in the Kirkland area. Sure enough he was right! Once I was back he made sure I had everything necessary without being an overly pressuring salesman. He knew what he was talking about and was generally one step ahead of me in thought, which sadly can't be said for most smoke shop employees and sometimes even bud tenders. He differentiated the use the piece was intentionally meant for- for me dabbing, and asked me if I needed butane, which of course I always forget! ‍He gave me honest advice without trying to upsell me, and even showed me a connecting piece I'd never seen before that connects reclaim! The older gentleman that helped me was so kind and I truly enjoyed my experience at his shop! Whenever I entered the other smoke shops in the area the people barely glanced at me, tried to make conversation, let alone ask me what I needed. I'll definitely be going back to Smoke N Cigar! The factor that elevated this review to 5 stars and made me leave a review was the great customer service. Thank you for all your help, I'll be back!

I've purchased two geek bars right after another and they were both faulty. The first one I thought okay it's probably a one time thing and didn't even go back to address the faulty product, but the second one I went there and told him it was faulty and he said everything is final and I couldn't exchange. The problem is that after about 20 puffs all I can taste is the battery no flavor. So I essentially wasted $76 within a week, which is disappointing and never going back again!
