They give large portion for the price, value is well below compared to NY prices. Staff was welcoming and very friendly, service was quick and efficient. To my surprise, there was no error - the tarts are actually $17 each. I can usually justify higher prices if the food is truly exceptional, made with rare or unique ingredients, or if part of the proceeds go toward a meaningful cause. In this case, though, I didn't feel the quality matched the cost. There are several vegan bakeries in NJ that offer better-tasting treats at more reasonable prices. At that price point, I truly hope the workers behind the counter are earning well above minimum wage and that their hourly pay reflects what this place charges for a single tart. If customers are paying premium prices, it would be reassuring to know that the staff is benefiting from that as well. The mobile vehicle served up soft served icecream in cones or a come (vanilla or chocolate), various italian ice and gelatis. The lady in the mobile vehicle was very attentive and friendly to all that came for a treat in our HOA community.
