The pork ribs are excellent and there are many more delicious foods, the place is good to enjoy with the family, a wonderful atmosphere, I've been to Smoke Bones in Melbourne, Florida, I loved my experience, without a doubt, they were all very good

Diane was a great server. Very attentive, even though location was very busy. Food was wonderful, and dessert was great. Diane, our server, was wonderful and prompt! We didn't know that there was a bogo on our meal and she informed us that our 1/2 rack of ribs was a bogo! Thank you Diane for a wonderful meal! Nice ambiance.

This is my first time at Smokey Bones & I love bbq. This chain of barbecue restaurants in Florida is owned by FAT, (Fresh. Authentic & Tasty) Brands Inc. Advertised is a party like it's 1999 celebrating their 25th Anniversary. The 'Masters of Meat' is rolling back rib prices 25 yrs. In January Smokey Bones is advertising a 1/2 rack of St. Louis-style Ribs for $10 or a Full Rack for $15. The platters come with a choice of 2 sides & garlic bread. We were able to get reservation Monday evening, there was a lot of parking out front. Four of us had a nice big booth in a quiet corner. Alicia, our waitress was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. We enjoyed around of drinks, beers or wine with our Bogo chicken wing special. The wings had a smoky flavor with the meat falling off the bones. Four of us shared two full racks of St. Louis ribs with two sides. The ribs were lean, had a delicious rub and the meat fell off the bones. There was an assortment of different barbecue sauces on the table, but the ribs really needed nothing. We made pigs of ourselves, eating much more than we should have. We were amazed that the bill with drinks, appetizers, tax, and tip for four was under $100. It was such a nice evening, and a real bargain.

Thank you Smokey Bones for this throwback party like it's 1999, in celebration of their 25th anniversary. $9.99 half rack of ribs, $14.99 full rack and $2.99 Busch Light drafts available from 1/9-1/31. We downed a Busch Light before coming to our senses with a full rack of ribs with Texas Toast and 2 sides -- Mac n cheese & mashed potatoes with gravy. It was a fun lil misadventure sampling the 4 different BBQ sauces though I'm taking off a star because the ribs were a tad fatty. I try to avoid chains but I'm just a hop, skip and a jump from Smokey Bones and their all-day Happy Hour had me with the $2.99 Busch Light. The bar has numerous stations with live sports going on with good drink specials at the bar. I miss 1999.

Ordered a burger combo from burger experienxe on DoorDash and It's located inside Smokey bones. The burger was just ok, I guess I expected too much given that it's a bbq place. The portion of fries was good and crispy. I prefer my sweet tea to be on the pretty sweet side but theirs was not. For around the same price, chili's burger is much bigger and juicier. No one beat their 3 for me burger deal so far.

    Enjoyed the $5 Dirty Shirley.

Smokey Bones is an American barbecue chain founded by Darden restaurants in Orlando Florida. They went on to open over 120 restaurants but by 2007 Smokey Bones was struggling and started closing half of them down. That same year they were sold to Barbeque Integrated. It has been awhile since I have been to Smokey Bones but a summer BOGO promotion brought my girlfriend and I in for dinner. Every day of the week they offer a different BOGO, Monday wings, Tuesday sirloin, Wednesday 1/2 rack of ribs, and Thursday brisket, On the weekends if you purchase a BBQ pack you get 2 free bag of donuts. They also have a late night Bones After Dark menu with $4, $5, and $6 light bites. They also have an everyday during the week special that gives you a full rack of ribs, 2 sides, and a beer, all for $20. I'm loving the deals! We came in on a Wednesday for the BOGO rib special. I started with a refreshing $5 Dirty Shirley that was potent for a drink special. We decided to share an appetizer of the chorizo queso that we both enjoyed. Our rib special allowed us to get 2 half rack of ribs and four sides for only $19.99. It was a bargain and I thoroughly enjoyed the fall of the bone glazed meaty ribs. I called it meat candy. The loaded baked potato and coleslaw were great too but sad to see they took the apples off the menu. You used to have dig up the $10 coupon if you wanted a discount. I prefer these excellent specials so much more. If you sign up for the loyalty program you even get $10 off your first meal. Service was excellent and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. I hope they carry promotions in to the fall. Smokey Bones has won me back.

We bought the Smokey Bone Signature ribs a whole rack. They were very over cooked and they really didn't taste good.

I placed a call-in order. The wings were hot & fresh, lightly crispy, and a good size. I'm not sure if I picked the wrong flavor, but the "Honey Garlic" wings were a miss. The The flavor was just not very pronounced and the sauce was either too bland or not enough of it was on the wings. I didn't enjoy them so I didn't finish them. The fries were the best part of the experience in my opinion. They just needed some seasoning on them and they would have been perfect. Sidenote: The restaurant nickle and dimes you for everything. Extra wing sauce? Charge. Extra ranch? $1.50 charge. (I don't even think it's homemade) Want to use your debit/major credit card? 3% charge. I ended up paying in cash to avoid the extra card processing charge, but in my opinion I felt like the restaurant was trying to charge for every little thing. I avoid places with practices like this because it feels like they don't value their customers overall (just the almighty dollar bill). The prices were already a bit steep, why charge just to use a card? I was not impressed by Wow Wing House and probably would not return.

The pizza was phenomenal: perfectly crisp edges, a fluffy interior, and loaded with flavor in every bite. We went with a group of eight, and while the experience was still great, it's probably not ideal for larger parties--we ended up having to sit outside, which worked fine, but it's something to keep in mind if you're planning a bigger gathering. The standout was the pizza special with burrata (seriously, delicious). Everything we tried was excellent, and the quality easily justifies the hype. I'd 100% go back, and I'll be thinking about that pizza for a while.

Unfortunately, after driving 40 minutes to get there, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. We arrived around 6:20 PM on Saturday, May 30th. The restaurant appeared to have roughly six open tables in a dining room of about fifteen tables. A party ahead of us was seated immediately (perhaps they had a reservation), but when we approached the host stand, we were told the wait would be 40 minutes. There was no visible crowd waiting, but okay, fair enough. The host mentioned we could be seated outside immediately. With storm clouds rolling in and the Florida humidity doing its thing, we politely declined and asked to be added to the waitlist. While we were putting our name down, the party that had just been seated inside got up and moved outside. Naturally, I asked if that changed anything. The answer was still "40 minutes." I'm not a mathematician, but that one was hard to follow. We stepped outside to find somewhere nearby to wait. There wasn't really anything in the plaza, and I noticed I never received a confirmation text. Since most restaurants using waitlists send some type of confirmation these days, I had a bad feeling and decided to go back in to verify my information. A different hostess was at the stand. I explained that I wanted to confirm my phone number because I hadn't received a text. She looked at the tablet and said, "I got you." Okay... but I wasn't asking if you had me. I was asking if you had my number. Again, I asked to confirm it. Again, I was told, "You're good." So my wife and I went back to our car and waited. Forty minutes came and went. Nothing. At around 7:15 PM, my wife noticed they were on OpenTable and made a reservation for 7:30 PM just in case. By 7:20 PM, I decided to walk back inside and check on our status. This is where things went completely off the rails. Both hosts looked up our name and, with surprising enthusiasm, informed us that they had canceled our place on the waitlist. Why? Because they had supposedly texted and called us with no response. I asked what number they contacted. Turns out the number was wrong by one digit. The same phone number I had specifically come back inside to verify. The same phone number that nobody actually verified. When I reminded the hostess that I had literally come back to confirm my number and was told, "I got you," she seemed completely unfazed. The other host then insisted that he had read the number back to me and that I had confirmed it. After telling my wife what he claimed, she told me that not only had he read the number back correctly, but she had repeated it correctly to him as well. So the information was clearly correct at that point, which makes it seem like the number was changed before the reservation was saved. At that point I asked to speak with a manager. To his credit, he came over quickly. Unfortunately, instead of immediately focusing on solving the problem, the initial response felt more focused on defending what had happened. What frustrated me most wasn't the mistake itself. Mistakes happen. It was the lack of ownership and the lack of a solution. After waiting nearly an hour because of an error made by the restaurant, I had to repeatedly ask what the plan was. Even then, the answer was essentially, "Maybe another 20 minutes. I'm not really sure." That's where the experience completely fell apart for me. A simple: "I'm sorry. Let me get you seated outside with a drink while we get an indoor table ready." Or: "We made a mistake. You're next for the first available table." Or even: "I understand why you're upset. Let me see what I can do to make this right." Any of those responses would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left feeling like I was inconveniencing everyone by expecting a solution to a problem they created. As we were leaving, the manager followed us outside and said he wanted to help if we were willing to work with him. The problem was that even then, there still wasn't an actual solution being offered. At that point, after nearly an hour of waiting, multiple missed opportunities to verify information, a canceled spot on the waitlist, and no clear path forward, we decided to leave. I drove 40 minutes to try this restaurant and never even got the chance to order a drink. That's impressive in its own way.
