Honestly, this was a disappointing experience from start to finish. For the high prices, I expected way better quality and service. The restaurant was nearly empty--maybe two other parties there--so there was absolutely no reason for the service to be so slow and inattentive. Our server was barely present, and it felt like we were just left to fend for ourselves. The food took almost an hour to come out, which is unacceptable when the place is basically dead. When it finally arrived, the sausages I ordered tasted like they were rinsed in dishwater. I ended up sending them back and switching to wings, which were at least decent, but by then the mood was already off. We ordered two desserts, only to find out after they brought them that they were out of ice cream--something they didn't bother to tell us. They comped the desserts, but still, the lack of communication was frustrating. Also- the manager told us the build your own bowls were 7.99 and the server said 12.99 and then we got charged the 12.99 so lots of miscommunication here. Overall, the vibes were just off, the food was mid at best, and everything took way too long for no good reason. Definitely won't be coming back.

First time here we did take out. It was okay. After seeing their great lunch deals, we decided to dine in. Our waiter David was amazing. Informative, patient & polite. Reassured my selections & checked on us often. Food was delicious also & came out fast. Plus a military discount! Can't beat it. Will be back

Hands down the best happy hour I have ever had. $6 pretzel bones. $6 pulled pork sammy. $7 mini magnachos. $2.99 22 oz Busch Lite. Our waitress Arianna was a rock star as well! Great overall vibe of the restaurant.

This place was open on a Thanksgiving Day which is a huge place and definitely we are grateful we found a place to eat. We've ordered 1/2 bbq chicken, Texas style bbq and pulled pork sandwich. Sandwich was delicious. Chicken was good, I had it with broccoli and mashed potatoes, which were both amazing. We also had Texas BBQ Brisket - it was delicious, yet too much fat. Beans were really good. Service was good. Restaurant is casual style.

I rated 4 stars because I had a great experience here with the staff and the food seemed to be a great value, but it is probably realistically a 3.5 star place overall. The expectations are set accordingly, as it's a chain restaurant that leans towards BBQ fare so nothing overly special. There was lots of seating available for a Saturday evening around 9pm and the Televisions appear to be scattered throughout but focused largely around the bar area. We decided to give it another try (hadn't been back in years) after Duffys failed to make a great first impression and we were attempting to watch some college football. The staff went above and beyond to help get the game we wanted to see on the tv closest to us and were pretty attentive and provided great recommendations. They do have late night happy hour specials which we took advantage of and we were impressed with the overall value. We got the pretzel bones, the pulled pork sandwich, boneless wings, skillet nachos, and donuts. I really enjoyed the skillet nachos or mini magnachos, although a little difficult to eat and slightly messy but I thought the flavor was great! I didn't care for the boneless wings, they were just ok and glad I didn't pay complete full price for them... I do highly recommend not passing up their donuts! So yummy! The miss for me: I wasn't crazy about them serving the cheese for the pretzel bones in a plastic container as it seemed to be melting the plastic and obviously introduces micro plastic into the food... I'm not in food service but I'm pretty sure the container used and the temp it was at were not correct..,. Anyway, made me a little uneasy.

Smokey Bones' happy hour has proven to be a delightful culinary experience, particularly with their standout offerings. The happy hour burger is a masterpiece of flavor, featuring a succulent beef patty cooked to perfection and adorned with a medley of fresh, crisp toppings. The marriage of textures and tastes creates a burger that is both hearty and satisfying. The hot garlic wings are a highlight, boasting a tantalizing blend of spicy and garlicky notes. The wings are expertly cooked to achieve a crispy exterior while maintaining a juicy and tender interior. The heat level is enough to excite the taste buds without overwhelming, making them a perfect accompaniment for those who enjoy a bit of kick in their appetizers. As for the loaded fries, they are a decadent treat that goes beyond the ordinary. The crispy fries serve as the canvas for a generous topping of melted cheese. Each bite is a symphony of flavors. Together, this trio creates a happy hour experience that transcends the typical fare. Smokey Bones has successfully crafted a menu that balances indulgence with quality, making it a must-try for those in search of a flavorful and satisfying dining experience during happy hour. Staff was really great on bringing out fresh meals

Smoked wings! Yes! My wife and I got orders of smoked wings- 8 at a time and served naked! Christina was our waitress and she made us laugh out loud! Great company and very friendly- go see her Fridays and Saturdays! All of our sauces came on the side, which was great to try different ones. I'm surprised nobody mentioned the wings to me before but it's definitely a great meal! I wish they would have told me that you get charged extra for the sauces.

I think the problem I always seem to have when I come here is the sticker shock I get when I see how much my total comes to every time I visit. On this last visit I brought my brother. He and I frequent this Lebanese place up north when I visit and he wanted to experience something similar here. He showed me his almost $30 receipt and I was like: "Wow! What did you order??" and he was like "Just a wrap combo" To put it in perspective; the Lebanese place we usually frequent up north, you could've gotten two wraps for close to the same amount. I think that's the thing he had a hard time wrapping his mind around, and I don't blame him. However; we did notice during our time there that a man (maybe the owner?) was busy making fresh pitas in the oven. My brother even commented: "He looks like he's having such a good time making those" and he did. He had a very wide smile every time one of those pita's came out of the oven. I wouldn't doubt that the wraps used to make the sandwiches are made in house as well. There is a quality aspect that cannot be ignored and that is what sets them apart.... Just be ready for sticker shock.
