Alexis at the bar was amazing. Very sweet, very attentive and probably the best smile I've seen in a very long time. I only tip 100% for the sweetest. And Alexis case I was very tempted to tip close to 200%. I made sure to let her know to keep smiling. The music is always good. So we decided to come here because it's so close to the house and we come atleast once a month. The hostess sounded like she was sleepy or sad, she just asked if we wanted a table and then in a whisper said "follow me" we both looked at each other not sure if that's what she has said but followed, pointed to a table and walked away. Didn't say who would be our server didn't give us silverware or menus, nothing. It wasn't until the bartender noticed we were just waiting that she asked who had our table. We waited a bit for a server and almost contemplated leaving, then our server came. Brittany really turned it around and made it one of our best experiences here, ever. She was very spot on and one of the fastest servers we had ever had here. When we said that there was something wrong with an item instead of making a face like past waitresses have done, she went to the kitchen took care of it and came back and made sure everything was going great! The restaurant have many TV but not many customers paid attention to the games. I wonder why:). I have order the Moscow Mule, lemon pepper char grilled wing and blackened Mahi Mahi sandwich. The food came out on time. The Moscow Mule is a bit diluted and not serve in the tin cup. The best dish will be the char grilled lemon pepper wing. It is very tasty. My friend have the 20 buffalo wings and he love the sauce. The blackened Mahi Mahi is too dry and a bit charcoal. The service is good and our waitress is alert. She did a very good job. read more

While by casual observation you would look at this place as a knock off Hooters, the real difference is that the food here is substantial better. The menu at this location is on point! Big meaty wings. A great assortment of sauces that are honey based so they all have a hint of sweetness to them. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich is a beast! Add some blue cheese crumbles to it to really let it sing. But it's a hand breaded fresh cutlery of chicken breast and it is as good as it gets. I order the side salad instead of the fries and the salad is a nice mixture of leafy greens, cucumber, tomatoes and bacon bits. I've ordered here a number of times and have never been disappointed. Everything from the kitchen is cooked properly, is extremely flavorful and fills you up. For the price and what you get for it, this place is one heck of a deal! Oh, and Dani is one of the most wonderful servers you'll ever meet. She's smart, professional and easy on the eyes. The only time I go here is before or after a softball game. It is the closest restaurant/ bar from Lake Fairview which is why the majority of the teams come here. A female comes to WingHouse for the food and drink deals. Food - Wings are good, not the best I have had but much better than their rival Hooters. The buffalo wrap is also good and it comes cold or pressed. The Nachos are HUGE! Definitely not something for just one or two people. Drinks - you can't beat their happy hour prices. I usually get 2 Bud Lights for $2 something. Service - Usually the servers are VERY slow. There have been a couple of times when the manager would have to comp either my bill or the bill of someone I am with because it took 45+ mins to get our food. I will continue going only because this is the place my softball teams hit up to relax before or after our games. read more

A few of my friends arrived with gifts which included bottles of liquor. As I was pulling one of the gifts out of the bag, the manager rather rudely came over and said you can't have that in here....um first could you say excuse me, second it was a gift and we had no intention of opening it up..I just did not like his approach and felt he could have handled the situation better. He then proceeded to watch over us until we got up and put the gifts in the car.... Our customer services was terrible as well. Several times we asked for items and had to repeat our requests after waiting 10+ minutes. We were served food that was cold and it had to be replaced in addition to being cheated on the number of wings ordered along with incorrect sauces on the wings. Now I will say this was on the night where a MMA fight was playing...that being said you would think the restaurant would he been better staffed and give better customer service. I stopped in the wing house to get my wife some wings on 3/20/20. First the waitress took my to go order she was very polite and professional. Then while I was waiting I figured I would have a drink. They charged me 13.00 for a shot of Makers Mark Whiskey. It seemed a little high. Another twenty bucks I could've bought a whole bottle. So without hesitation I paid my bill and closed my tab. I seen the manager standing around so I went to ask him a question he completely ignored me and walked away. When I finally got his attention I asked him hey the price for a shot of whiskey is thirteen dollars? His response was I Don't Know the prices and walked away from I was completely appalled. Instead of checking the price for me or even acknowledging that it seemed unfair to pay that price. Ok so been here before and it just seems like the owner gave up on keeping up with the place. Most people who shows up are friends of the workers and it's kinda hard to get a nice vibe going due to the male workers constantly talking with the waitress. Spent two hours here and only seen the waitress twice really three times but I had to call her over. Stepped outside for a smoke and I could've swore I was going to get tackled by the guys if I took too many steps away from the door. The food was good no complaints there but definitely not a place you want to go too to relax... unfortunately! Also the guys working look like there rappers not representative of the franchise. Due to this I will not be returning any time soon and will recommend the wing house on kirkman or hooters.. I gave a generous tip too stayed to finish my beer and my waitress left without even taking my finished food.. felt disappointed!
