Best brisket in west Omaha hands down. My boy Hamilton agrees!
    Shane Z.

I went to the old location which was closer to home only to find out they moved. New location seems like a better spot. More spacious and nicer than the old place. The food is still amazing as always.

Excellent brisket 5 out of 5! Sausage just a half star down. Had the Texan sandwich, & Trail Beans, which were good, but a pint for one is to much Sauces are Spicy, Sweet, & Bourbon, but not enough to distinguish much

Pork belly sliders! AMAZING! And those beans! Hot damn are they delicious

The food was absolutely amazing from the look the feel and taste the ribs, brisket, and jalapeño sausage was on point. The service I'm assuming were the man's kids the kid needs some blade work lol and the young lady was delightful, the kid did a great job! The ambiance was just like a typical bbq joint but much cleaner. The Brisket and ribs bark was straight barkin !!!

Half of the brisket that was on the sandwich!

I highly recommend their yummy Rueben Sandwich! They smoke their pastrami and pile it high on Rotellas rye bread with cheese and coleslaw and add an amazing garlic aioli sauce........... I ordered it deconstructed with only 1 piece of bread, this picture is after having just some of the meat and the awesome baked beans I got on the side. Been trying to hit the right days to go so when I found them open, I wanted to have a taste test of a few things on the menu. Got a small chili to try it, was a bit too spicy for me. As well the pulled pork was not my favorite when trying it a couple days later. Too dry, but the sauce was good! Nice, nice people. Hours are limited but you won't be disappointed!!

This BBQ is truly exceptional! The brisket is so tender and flavorful with really tasty bark. The homemade sausage is outstanding. The flavor and texture are just mouthwatering. The baked beans are loaded with beans and thick cut pork. So good. They sell by the 1/2 pound or sandwiches. The prices are in line with other bbq places snd well worth it.

These people know how to smoke meat. The brisket melts in your mouth like butter. You can't go wrong here.

Always great food, and friendly and efficient staff, casual comfortable seating area. Some of the best, if not the best BBQ in Omaha.

We were staying in Lincoln NE but commuting back and forth between there and Omaha for a few days and on Sunday we hit this one before heading back to Des Moines. She always orders a turkey something... Honestly I'm not even sure exactly what it is and I really don't care. Subs or deli sandwiches really aren't my thing... But Schlotzsky's is probably her favorite! We hit the drive through in this location and were behind a couple of cars. She placed her order and I could tell from her smile they had done what they needed to do when they handed her the bag. I think it was the sheer weight... There are chains that you know when they hand you the bag if it's going to be a good day... You can tell if it's loaded...! Or did they skimp on your order? We pulled into a nearby parking spot in the lot... I already had my Runza waiting for me. She lifted the sandwich out of the bag and it dwarfed her hands. She looked at me and said... "Now that's a sandwich!" I could tell she enjoyed every bite. This Schlotzsky's is in a standalone building adjacent to a strip of businesses. It's easy to access and there is plenty of nearby parking. Service in the drive through was great and the sandwich she got was on point! Shes had ones that weren't from other locations... This visit at this time... 5 stars! Your mileage may vary.

The floor was sticky and the whole place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about six months. The drive-through has been closed for at least eight months. I think the only reason they stay open is because the sandwiches are good. There wasn't a soul eating in the restaurant I wish it were cleaner.

I ordered a Gluten Free #6, Mike's way, and I was pleasantly surprised. I think they've improved their gluten free subs, because it didn't instantly crumble and fall apart with all the sauces on it. The roast beef was good; truly just a simple sandwich. It's pretty much just meats, cheese, and a couple veggie toppings, but Mike's Way can really elevate the sandwich.

I'm sorry, Danny DeVito - I love you, but I did NOT love Jersey Mike's. You can be their celebrity…read morespokesperson if it pays the bills, but you steered me wrong this time, Danny. All joking aside, I had not visited Jersey Mike's in the past, because I am a very big sauce girl and had seen that Jersey Mike's has no sauces. They have mayonnaise and olive oil and vinegar, etc. That is the extent of their sauce game. And they have no toppings aside from tomatoes and onions and simple things like that. Not a sandwich place after my heart, I must say. I am a Potbelly or Subway girl for the above reasons. Mama's Meatball at Potbelly - yummmm! And that Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki at Subway - I would eat it even knowing there's yoga mat in the bread. Jersey Mike's does have a nice vibe going in their shop, kind of like you're at a baseball game or something with the red, white, and blue color palette. But then there are pictures of beaches and things, so that was a little confusing. I got the Turkey Provolone sandwich to try for my first (and last) visit. I don't like tomatoes or onions, but they did have black olives, so I added those. They have no sauces, as I said, except mayo, so that's what I ordered and I got a LOT of it since it was the only "moisturizing" aspect of this dry turkey sandwich. Even with the onslaught of mayo that I added to this sandwich, it was still somehow very dry in the end. I think it's because they put WAY too much meat on the sandwich (which is hand cut on a slicer, and I do appreciate that). But the absurd amount of meat just soaked up all the toppings and made it dry and unappetizing. My husband got the tuna salad sandwich, and that was actually pretty good (he gave me half of his since I didn't like mine at all). It did have some flavor and wasn't super dry like mine. So because his sandwich was good, I am upgrading my review from a two star to a three. Overall, I would say to skip Jersey Mike's if you're not a fan of pretty basic/bland sandwiches. If you are a fan of those, then Jersey Mike's might be for you, and that's ok.

The restaurant itself played music and was very very clean!! Food itself was fresh but average. Wheat or white bread are the beginning options. Toasted to them means grilled, whereas a "cold cut" is still toasted bread. It's a good thing to know going into ordering decisions. I ordered the Italian sub and it was ok- I think it would've been better without the grill because the oils from the meat had soaked the bread. Boyfriend, C's Review: Service was prompt and professional. The restaurant itself was very cleaned and organized. Food made fresh although overhyped in my opinion. I ordered the club cold cut and it came out with the bread toasted and made it dry which we now know is their normal. I do not care for toasted sandwiches. With so many other sub sandwich places in Omaha this wouldn't be my go-to. It was nice to finally give this place a try!
