Stopped by Saturday afternoon. I'd skip going thru their little one way parking lot and find somewhere on the street. There were a lot of spots when I was there!

I'm surprised it took me this long to get to Smoky Hollow Roasters in El Segundo. Great little spot in El Segundo off ES Blvd and Sierra. I'm always looking for great cafes and new places to do some WFH other at "home" :) The vibes of this place is awesome. I wish I took some photos but the place was pretty full for 15 minutes to closing on a Sunday. Lots of comfy seating, tables and chairs. There is even a few tables outside in the parking lot. They serve all the espresso drinks and more. There is also a small pastries case, but I recommend you grab those at the beginning of the day. I purchased the 2nd to the last croissant and I knew it wasn't going to be as fresh as it could be. The barista who took my order was friendly. It was his 2nd day working at SH, but he knew what he was doing! I had a regualr hot latte with regular milk. When walking out the door after couple of sips, this tasted awesome! I went back in and asked the barista if he knew the beans they used today, but he didn't know.We both looked at the selection of beans left on the shelf and I went with the Papua New Guinea single origin beans as I'm also a home barista and love trying out new beans! I would give SH a 5 star rating, but they have a parking issue in front. They only have 2 spots available. You then have to locate parking on Sierra. Even on a late Sunda afternoon, the street was kinda full. If you work or live nearby and haven't come here, you need to do so - now! :)

I came here for the first time on a Saturday morning with an old friend who is a coffee aficionado and knows very well good coffee. I don't want to act clueless but I am honestly just a typical matcha girly and I was just there to catch up with my old friend who I had not seen in years. I l loved the vibe of the place it seems it was a great fit for all group sizes. Such as those who want to work or are on solo dates, couple and or groups. In addition to my delicious ice matcha I also had a steak sandwich which was ok a little stale.

Met up with a friend and we sat outside because there was no indoor seating left. Looks like a hip industrial looking place and popular for those who work locally. I ordered and loved my matcha drink. Service was nice too. We sat outside under an umbrella which was fine as it was a nice, warm day. Initially, I couldn't see the place, so I drove around and finally spotted it. It's tucked away a bit and parking is scarce. Note there's some uphill residential parking if you don't mind walking downhill or uphill for that matter.

The inside is absolutely adorable. Lots of tables, and a perfect place to meet a friend or work from home. There isn't much parking though, only one parking spot and one ADA spot, but there's street parking up the hill/short walk away. The coffee was decent, and the food was your typical bakery items. I don't think they make them in house. We got a caramel latte, a croissant, and a cold brew. It's worth the stop in for the ambiance if you have never been, but the coffee/pastry was just ok!

Smoky Hollow Roasters hits the sweet spot between friendly café and welcoming community hub. Great for catching up over coffee, diving into conversation, or chilling with a board game. They offer a broad menu, fresh-roasted beans, and speedy service--all in a fun, relaxed setting perfect for a pit stop before the beach. If you're in the neighborhood or passing through El Segundo, it's definitely worth a stop.

Really cool ambiance! Loved the open space and the smell of coffee beans getting roasted! The service was super friendly and nice. I got the spanish latte (half sweet) and it was disappointing. I get my lattes half sweet because I want to taste the bold flavor of Espresso. But after taking a sip of my latte, I realized that it tastes watered down coffee. They have private parking but if you have a been car/truck, I suggest parking on the street. I am glad that I checked off a bookmark, but I will not be going back anytime soon!

Great coffee shop tucked away in an industrial area. It can get a little full but it's a good place to get some work done over the weekend. One of the few places that offers large cold brews (usually places only offer a 16oz option) which I appreciate because I drink a lot of coffee I didnt get to review the shop on my first visit but during that visit I was able to see the guy roasting the beans on the machine they have inside the shop, packaging up the beans, and placing them on the shelves which was pretty cool

Dropped in here for some coffee after a workout with friends at nearby at Rising Waves gym. Great spot with a cool vibe. I could see myself hanging out here longer if I wasn't so sweaty. Wanted to try the whiskey cold brew but they had run out. So I opted for the maple syrup latte and it was delicious. The staff was really friendly and worked fast considering we were a fairly large group ordering. I'm not a local but I will definitely come back next time I'm in the area. And I definitely want to try that old fashioned coffee.

I got their Matcha Pistachio croissant warmed up and it was delectable!! I also asked for a cup of hot water and the barista asked if I wanted a lemon in it :) There's only TWO parking spots in their lot in front but a lot of street parking that should be easy to find. One of the two parking spots is marked as compact. There were a lot of people in the coffee shop around noon on a weekday! Just a few tables, but more lounge chairs. There was some outdoor seating but the umbrellas weren't covering the tables. Would definitely recommend the matcha!!!

A cute shop with great baristas! It is hard to find parking so be aware you may have to walk a bit to find parking. I had their seasonal drink: pumpkin matcha latte and it was DELICIOUS. Such a great blend that really encompasses the flavors of fall. It is a chilled drink but I recommend getting it before they change it!

    Maple Syrup Coffee

Service was great with drinks being available quickly. The ambiance is very nice and casual. My 4-star rating is just because our "Maple Syrup" coffee really didn't taste anything like maple syrup at all. The coffee flavor was good and there was a nice sweetness. If you are looking for a "real" coffee, this seems like a good place. We were excited to taste maple syrup and disappointed while drinking it. Strongly recommend parking on the street outside the shop, the parking lot inside has only a few spots and is very hard to get in/out.

This a great coffee house off the beaten path that roasts their own coffee - and it is fantastic! They are in a creative / industrial warehouse area and you could easily miss it if you aren't looking for it. Inside it is very spacious, comfortable and you can usually find seating in comfy chairs, sofas, or tables.

They have good coffee but if you want to study there, beware. I have tried to go three times and each time the wifi didn't work.

We do at our Roastery Location on Sierra St. But not at our new location at 300 Continental.

Wondering what to do to pass time.. the idea of an internet/PC cafe came to mind!! Compared to the…read moreother cafe we tried calling, this branch answered the phone & we were delighted to hear they were open quite late!! We came here before valet parking was needed and found a spot easily in the lot. The pricing was very decent and we enjoyed the fact you can walk-in and purchase as a non-member without needing a membership (which is just a one-time pay of $20 as well, which isn't too bad). To play for one hour.. prices are: MEMBER * $4 (remaining time saved) NON-MEMBER * $6 We paid easily and the front desk guy guided us to our spots. Specifically, we wanted to play Fortnite, but with that game, it requires constant updates over time due to the new updates/seasons/etc. Both our PCs weren't updated on the latest of it, which makes sense because there was literally just a recent one the day before. The updates were ringing us up for 4 hours, which obviously would take up more time than what we booked. We told the guy and he saw, and immediately offered on refunding for us and shut off our PCs. He was very nice and friendly enough about the whole thing. I definitely recommend to come here to play other games (very large library of them!) that don't need constant updates like Fortnite. Other than that mishap, it was a cool experience honestly and the seats were comfy and headphones/keyboards were cool. The LED strips inside gave ambiance and comfortable vibes for sure. Rules are standard of not yelling, bringing outside food, and no damaging property or adult stuff. **Please try to log off before the staff shuts down the PC. I remember when I used the PC someone else was still signed in for example to Epic. That could be very risky and the wrong person can take advantage. We were both unable to both log out due to how quick the PC gets shut off and to deal with it, I recommend either changing passwords or using the "sign out of all devices" option on settings immediately after so you'll be fine.

I was simply trying to leave the parking lot when I found my car blocked. Since the lot is shared by multiple businesses, after checking with the valet guy I was sent to check with this PC place to see if the car belonged to one of their customers. Seems like a reasonable request, right? Well, not to the front desk guy. The moment I asked, he got so aggressive and started blaming me for "making trouble" for their business. How exactly? I was just asking a simple question! Then, instead of handling the situation professionally, he stormed outside and started arguing with both me and the valet. Are you kidding me? I was a paying customer at the plaza, just trying to find out who blocked my car so I could leave. There was absolutely no reason for his outburst. This guy seriously needs to learn basic customer service skills and simple human interaction skills - or probably even take some anger management classes. Someone like this should not be interacting with customers. After this ridiculous experience, I have zero interest in ever stepping foot in this place. Avoid it unless you enjoy being yelled at for no reason!
