The results were the best I've had (and trust me I've spent so much money trying every procedure and potion out there...) and since then I've had a facial and another peel. I love how my skin looks and feels. I'm no longer hiding behind makeup and concealer. I have a job where I'm presenting in front of people all the time and I'm so happy I don't have to worry about whether they're looking at my skin or not. I like that Megi is very knowledgeable. I appreciate her medical background - she really knows her stuff! She is also very thorough and if I've had questions post procedure she is very quick to respond. I find this extremely comforting that she's looking out for MY best interests and not just trying to sell me this month's promotion. The office is secluded, in a private medical setting with free parking which I like. The ambiance is relaxing and their professionalism and knowledge of the procedures, gives me great confidence that they are experts in their field. I spend a lot of time outdoors hiking and on the ocean, and I've had the IPL procedure with fantastic results to reduce sun damage as well as Micro-needling to help with lines and wrinkles on my face and neck. It's been incredible what a difference these treatments have had on my skin and overall look to reduce the effects of aging. I have wanted to try Botox for about a year but I just never scheduled an appointment until I met Karina Early at Smooth Aesthetics in Stoneham. I liked the fact she is a RN with over 30 years in nursing. Karina and I spoke for over a half an hour about how I really did not want people to know I had it done, I just wanted to look rejuvenated and well rested. Her philosophy about using injections is "less is more." She wants her patients to look natural and feel comfortable with the process. She put all of my concerns to rest. She took lots of pictures and recommended where and why she would inject the Botox in certain areas. She was very concerned about how I was feeling about it all. Her calm demeanor and bedside manner is amazing. Once we agreed on a plan she went to work. I could not believe how quickly the process takes and how it really does not hurt! I had wanted microblading and found Smooth Aesthetics and was so lucky to be introduced to Ghada Daaboul... she is phenomenal! I had a consultation with her to understand if this was the correct procedure for me, what this entailed and the process (from the first visit, after care and follow up visit), she took the time and care to explain each step she was taking. I was fully aware of what was happening, how to take care of my brows after, and she assured me that these would be "my brows", and not someones else's. The waiting room is modern and beautiful with soft/relaxing music background. The treatment rooms are very clean and relaxing. Megi's professionalism blew me away. She listened to my needs and concerns, she was respectful and maintains my privacy during the treatment. Prices are much better than what I've payed at "Ideal Image", as well as newer equipment. 7 years ago, I began treatment for my rosacea with Megi. she proved very skilled, and I had a number of treatments with her which were interrupted by our pandemic. after the treatments there was a noticeable difference in my redness. I purchased laser hair removal and just finished all of my sessions. Couldn't be happier with my result and it was worthy the price. I was concerned about the pain but it ended up not being so bad. Megi was great about it and was always ensuring comfort by pausing during the treatment whenever I needed and also offering ice packs.
