I am so frustrated to even write this post. I am In tucson for Work and wanting to get smoothies to stay refreshed and energized and I been there multiple times. Today I enter . No customer, 3 employees . 1 male busy making order . 2 female one was fixing the sign on the counter had her back to me . And one at the register laughing and giggling and not making a knowledge of my me wanting to order. The male stepped in and took my order and he is kind of just so his job from the times I see which I have daily during my stay in tucson. You need to teach staff good customer service and respect every individual coming in to support your business . Idk what it is about the workers here but one, the always sound moody or like they rather be anywhere else but here through the drive thru n two they sometimes just plop a clump of peanut butter on my PB swizzle instead of drizzle it. The hubby and I have started coming here after working out at the nearby gym. This location is always super clean and the employees there are very helpful. If I have any kinds of questions on any of their smoothies they are quick to answer. They've helped me numerous times in trying to find ones that I really enjoy. The pricing is very fair. I had a long order wasn't finished I seemed to be rushed I didn't care I understand it's the end of the night but once I heard her talking unprofessionally about my family and I that's when I decided to drive to the window I didn't end up getting anything at all along with her yelling saying well it wasn't about you I was talking to my friend. This is the second time I've been to this location. I ordered a Veggie slim in trim w/ extra ginger, collagen and immune support added. I normally go to the location on Broadway which is more consistent w/ the consistency in regards to texture of the smoothies. However this location has consistently served smoothies that aren't completely blended leaving granules of the contents visible and chunky. I can feel the texture of the additives in my mouth and on my tongue. Think, taking a drink of your smoothie and finding a unblended chunk of "sand" in your smoothie. The texture is just not good. I'll stick to the Broadway location. Update: I went back, they made it over. Was much better. read more

4/5 stars just because I'm picky. I like my smoothies smooth so I made sure to ask them to pulverize the smoothie when I ordered from the drive thru. The Pineapple Surf smoothie was good. I got a 32 oz and spent ~$8. I'm not sure how often I'll be visiting, but if you are in the area, are tired of Costco's $2 Berry Smoothies & you have $, I would definitely recommend it. read more

I gotta say it was pretty good. Not sure cuz I added peanut butter to the activator smoothie and gave it awesome texture and flavor. I do feel like I need to go back and really look at the menu cuz it can be a bit overwhelming with all the choices and things you can add. I think that's a good thing tough cuz you can customize it and make it your own. Good job smoothie king! I stopped in for a lunch today, they had the medium smoothie on special for $5.00, which was pretty awesome! I got the blueberry blast which was pretty yummy, loved the blueberry/banana mix, and the clear cup that it comes in - I like to see my smoothie! They had a lot of great options, pre-mixed smoothies, or you could make your own, and you can pre-order online, and just go pick it up! It's a good smoothie option on the south side! read more
