PLEASE READ! The business name is just that, 5 stars for fruit/ sweets --BUT they have food options and of course I had to try (don't recommend it). The meat options are preheat or packaged so def not a fan there. I ordered a torta (pollo) and was not a fan. I had a cherry and uva raspa and that was great. Yoyi's is so good!! I was craving a salty sweet snack, so the sour hot Cheetos with pickles were amazing. Definitely enough to share. The deluxe mangonada was perfectly refreshing and sweet. The service was great, and the restaurant itself was very clean with a large menu. I cannot wait to go back.

Stopped in today and couldn't decide cause they had SO many choices. I ended up with a mangonada and WOW, the best one I've had in a longggg time! I live in Austin, but I would definitely drive 30 minutes for another one of those!! Customer service was also nice, the girl at the counter answered all our questions and was super polite:)

Agua Mineral Preparada & Sour hot cheetos

Good service and a variety of different options to choose from! I recommend trying the Agua Mineral preparada.

Went here about a week ago with my boyfriend and I ordered the mangonada. Interesting take on the mandonaga, as usually it is served as whole pieces of mango with chamoy, but instead they gave it to me as a smoothie(as stated on their menu), and it was actually really good! I enjoyed it. My boyfriend got the Rusa and a fruit cup which he also seemed to be satisfied with. It was my first time trying one and it was very good. Overall, the customer service was great! The woman at the counter was super friendly and the establishment even offered hand sanitizer as part of COVID-19 precautions, which was a nice touch. I would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Extremely clean store front with a large selection of Mexican derived treats, along side of American. You can choose from from fruits served with chili, nachos, Doritos with toppings, corn cups, snow cones and smoothies or milkshakes. I ordered my favorite- mangonada and it delivered the flavor I desired. The only way it gets better is with smoother ice and actual mango in it. However, this is the only option for one in San Marcos that I know of, so beggars can't be choosers. My kiddo ordered a snow cone with tigersblood and mango. Yeah.. she is a weirdo.. the ice looks rather rough.. but she is enjoying it. The corn cup is what you would expect.. would be nice to have it in a wider cup to spread the mayo. :) but overall quite a delicious place.

We stop by here often when passing through San Marcos, it's right off the freeway. Generally we call ahead for a corn cup and mangonada. Service is super quick, and we take it to go though there is some seating inside. We love both of these items here, haven't tried much else but I'm sure other snacks are done well too! Definitely worth a stop. read more

I am OBSESSED with this place. It is SO good. They have food and desserts, so it is a one-stop shop. This is my most highly recommended place for snacks in San Marcos. I have recently had an obsession with elote and tajin, and this place satisfied that craving. Mangonada - It was the perfect amount of sweetness with chamoy and tajin balancing the smoothie out. The chunks of mango on top were refreshing and the stick of chamoy was a tart contrast to the sweetness of the fruit. Takis Elote - I don't even know how to say that this is the love of my life. I love the crunch of the sweet corn mixed with the slight tartness of the cheese and creaminess of the butter. The takis add a slight sour heat and liminess to this elote. I am obsessed. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I would try more things on their menu! read more

I actually loved coming here & it was one of my favorite places to go . But I ordered the same thing that as I ordered before and I said the name wrong because my Spanish was not good . And I tried to tell her this is not what I ordered & showed her a photo of what I ordered the day before and she told me "sorry that's what you order & we don't do refunds nor can I get something else " so it was really disappointing and won't be back ! read more

I had to make a trip to San Marcos and my brother wanted to stop by Raising Canes. While in the drive thru I was looking around and spotted this place. Their from window said they sold Mangonadas, Ice cream, corn cups, etc. I've been wanting a Mangonadas and been craving some corn with hot Cheetos. We decided to stop by after getting Canes. There was no customers inside except for the two employees who were sitting down. As soon as we got there they got up and asked what we wanted. I got the Dorilokos which on their menu it was either Doritos or hot Cheetos with queso, corn, and jalapenos. My brother got the sandillada which is a watermelon slushy /watermelon snow cone. It was really good! Their prices were decent and their portion was worth the price. I will definitely be coming back when I'm around town. read more

On the day of the delivery, I get a message that it was delivered with a picture that is not my brother's house. I can't see the house number and have no idea where it went. I called my brother and obviously he didn't get the order. I called the store and explained that the order was not delivered to the correct house. I was put on hold several times, gave the information requested, then put on hold again. In the interim, my brother's neighbor took the delivery over to their house. When the lady came back on the line I told her that the cookies were delivered by my brother's neighbor. She was quiet and didn't say anything. I said to her, the delivery driver (Tucker) still dropped it off to the wrong house and that should be addressed. Luckily, my brother's neighbor didn't toss them or keep them. She didn't say anything, didn't offer a remedy, didn't apologize, nothing. I will not order from them again. I'll go back to Tiff's for orders in this area.

My wife had visited years ago, and a close friend had recently recommended it, so it seemed like a good opportunity to give it a try. The building itself is beautiful. We parked in the rear lot and entered through the bakery, which immediately caught our attention. There was an impressive variety of pastries on display, and the kids were quickly informed they could each pick one out later if they behaved. The restaurant also has several colorful walls and decorative displays that make for fun photo opportunities and selfies. We were seated at a large table toward the back near the restrooms. Service was friendly throughout the meal and reasonably attentive despite the restaurant being busy. To drink, I ordered the jalapeño prickly pear margarita, while my wife chose a peach, coconut, and strawberry margarita. Both had excellent flavor. My wife's drink was especially memorable--it tasted like a cross between a strawberry margarita, peach bellini, and piña colada. The only thing missing was a little more tequila, as both drinks leaned more toward the sweet side than the spirited side. The chips were slightly thicker than I typically prefer but still enjoyable, and the salsa selection was excellent with a pleasant level of heat. The kids ordered bean and cheese tacos from the children's menu, and the restaurant happily substituted fruit for rice without any upcharge, which we appreciated. For our entrees, my wife ordered the vegetarian enchiladas while I chose the fajitas. The fajitas were good overall, though the meat portion felt a bit light and seemed stretched by a generous amount of green peppers. The rice, however, was excellent and one of the better components of the meal. Before leaving, we visited the bakery. The kids enjoyed their donuts and cookie, while I opted for a guava empanada that turned out to be one of the highlights of the visit. Overall, Casa Maria impressed me more with its atmosphere, bakery, and creative drinks than with the food itself. It's a beautiful restaurant with a fun family-friendly vibe, a strong bakery program, and some excellent margarita flavors. I'd gladly stop back for the pastries and drinks--and if they ever decide to be a little more generous with the tequila, even better.

The coffee, which comes from Katz's, was strong and bold, just the way I like it. The service was super friendly and helpful to the point that they offered me a Tide Pen to remove a coffee stain from my shirt. The ambiance is pretty much a working bakery where folks come in and order to go, so there is limited seating available. Dos Gatos is serious about their baking game that "Respect The Dough" is etched on top of the stove.

I have been eye-balling Yoyi's for a couple of weeks now, and finally got the opportunity to try it out. I'm a huge fan of Mangonadas! When I first walked in I was greeted instantly by the lovely woman in the front. I didn't catch her name but she was so sweet. Explaining to me what everything was and even gave me a sample. I ended up getting the mangonada (which I originally came in for) and the sour hot Cheetos. She told me their mangonadas were the best, and she was right! The sour hot Cheetos were also chiefs kiss. When I was leaving she asked if I wanted a side of Valentino's hot sauce to put on my sour hot Cheetos and I'm so glad she did. That made it even more tasty. All in all, I'm beyond glad I went in.. definitely going to tell my friends and try more of their items. 10 out of 10 read more
