My daughter and I went in to Smoothie King at 5:57am 8/ 4/2022, after our morning workout. The open sign was on, the lights were on, and the door was open. We walked in and the toning lady said "oh we ain't open." I asked her what time would they open and she replied "I don't know, I have to finish setting up and I'm the only one here." I explained to her about the open sign being on and the door being opened and she said nothing! We walked out and she turned off the open sign, turned off the lights, and locked the door behind us. I felt it to be quite rude and very unwelcoming. I sat in the parking lot until they opened at 6:09. I asked the young lady for her name and she said "I don't have to give you my name! I don't care if you write a review, I don't need this job!!" I told her if that's the case go home. I asked for help from the other young lady that walked in to work and she ignored me. Never have I ever experienced such incompetence in workers at Smoothie King! I am beyond disappointed in the customer service! read more

I was looking forward to having a smoothie after my workout at smoothie king. I got there about 10 minutes after they are supposed to be open (6:00 am), but the doors were locked. Since I didn't have time to wait, I had to just leave. I hope they can have their employees come in on time so they can be ready for the times they promise. read more

After coming here a few times I've realized that these workers are not quite prepared to be as busy as they get. The past few times I've been it's definitely been a good 10 minutes waiting on a smoothie that may or may not be made correctly. I've heard it happen way too often where a customer will order a certain size, and somewhere along the way it gets lost in translation and comes out different when it's time to pay. Also they never have bags to hold the goodies I pick out while waiting on the smoothie. They always "just ran out". I know this sounds like a lot of complaining and that I don't like this place, but I actually do. Most of the workers are very inviting and apologetic about things. I guess I just wish they could get their act together so there'd be nothing to apologize for. However, I'll be back. read more

They're always quick and friendly here. They are your typical smoothie king, supplements, snacks, etc. This location stays pretty busy and they move quick. There's a table with chairs if you want to hang around. This location is bigger than most. They're doing a holiday special where they offer dark chocolate smoothies for a limited time. Dark Choc Strawberry, Dark Choc Mint, and Dark Choc spice. I ordered the spice one which has almond milk, vanilla frozen yogurt, protein blend, turbinado (should have skipped that,) Ghirardelli Chocolate, Gladiator Protein, Vanilla, Ground cinnamon, chili powder. I love this place! Everybody that comes in loves this place! The people that serve there are very friendly,professional, and talented in customer service. Zack and Rae are super great and usually work the front line. The other servers / managers there are very friendly and helpful also! Everybody does everything at this location. Never a long wait even when they are packed. The pleasant attitude is catchy! All the customers that frequent this location are friendly and smiling also. The smoothies are always tasty and served timely and with a big smile. They remember your name and what you like. They also make suggestions to keep it different, fresh and real! You can easily tell the people that work there are happy to be there and take pride in what they do. Five dollar fridays are a nice personal reward to myself after working a long hot week in the trenches! read more

Located on Old Hammond Highway right before Airline Highway, you will find this Smoothie King in the corner of a strip shopping center. I forget the name, sorry. Enough employees can be found here blending up fruit. It's a typical store setup with retail displays of snacks, bars, protein mixes, supplements, etc. Regular wait can be expected around lunch time, but it's pretty quick - usually takes longer to navigate in and out of the parking lot. I like to stop in at this location when en route to Baton Rouge. Unfortunately, it's hard to find smoothies along the interstate, so this is a slight break from the road trip, but isn't too far out of the way to delay your trip. read more

The manager always seems to find a way to charge me more for my smoothie than everybody else in town does? and on top of that she's very rude as if she doesn't need any customers whatsoever! Don't get me wrong I love Smoothie King I probably go once a day but skip this location and drive a little further to find one that's happy to wait on you... at a cheaper price. read more

Polite Staff, Great Service & very clean location. I have always received a great tasting smoothie. My Favorite Smoothie I get every time I go is the Muscle Punch with extra protein in it!! I love the $5 dollar Friday's and it's always a great extra treat that day. I usually buy two and put one in the freezer, unless I'm buying a second one for someone else. read more

Terrible location. When there are more workers than customers and it takes over 10 minutes to get a smoothie there's a problem. When the worker who takes your money gets a smoothie before you get yours there's a problem. Don't plan to return. read more
