I've always wanted to come into this spot and we are in the neighborhood A LOT but I just never did. There are a few other ice cream/frozen dessert places in the area and we always just end up going back to the same places. Well, it was time to try something new so we came in for a treat. Walking in, I was a bit confused because there are multiple sections to get food from. When you walk in, it's agua frescas, hot food, more savory items, and the "grocery" section of the store. You can bypass this to get to the paletas. If you keep going around the corner, where the inside seating is, you will get to the ice cream section. The ice cream section is HUGE with a large variety of flavors, including a lot of dairy free sorbet flavors. The person helping us was friendly and worked pretty fast to get our order ready. The seating was nice and clean. I loved the music blasting in the place. It was a good time. Looks like I've found a new regular spot to get my sugar fix in. read more

Tonight, 7=3=26 was the worst experience I've had at your business. My wife and I walked in to get some ice cream, like we have done for years. We got the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We got in line for the ice cream and there were 3 people who were already served, and 5 other people who were being waited on, once they were all taken care of, there was nobody in line in front of us or behind us, and the 2 workers completely ignored us again. One customer came in and got in line behind us, and she was waited on immediately. She got her ice cream, paid and left, she even asked if she cut in front of us and if we were helped yet, we said no, and we stood there completely ignored. One other man came in by the register and again was waited on, served and left. They ignored us some more, and decided to help people by the front counter. We then left, as there was no point of standing there for over 15 minutes and being ignored some more. This is totally unacceptable and make us never want to come there again. read more

Each time you come you can try something new and I'm sure even then you won't run out of things to order. My go-to here is the esquite (corn in a cup)! My husband always gets the mangoneada, and my kids get different flavored ice creams! All the food we've tried here taste good.I will say that the prices are a bit high, but worth it. My understanding is everything is made in house, and I push myself to try something new each time I go. The service has been consistently great in my experience, and the ambiance is great.
