The food is fresh and one thing I found in the frozen foods section was frozen chopped garlic and ginger is small 1/2 tsp portions making it easy to use. They also carry imported cheeses that are in small portions and affordable. My only beef is needing to have a quarter to get a shopping cart as I never carry cash. Boo!
