The ribs were delicious, curry chickpeas outstanding, cabbage really good but wasn't expecting them to be fried and collards were good. The toast was toast. Overall, I give my meal an A+. When I finally did, I was told that side is only for mobile delivery orders and that I couldn't place an order there. So I had to drive all the way around the building again just to get into the left-hand drive-through lane. After finally placing my order, I circled around and watched at least seven cars on the mobile delivery side get their food before even one person in the regular drive-through received theirs. It honestly felt like mobile orders were being prioritized far above the customers who were actually waiting in line. I understand mobile orders are convenient, but the balance at this location was completely off. The wait, lack of communication, and lopsided prioritization made the whole visit disappointing. I hope they improve the flow and customer experience for everyone, not just the mobile lane. The only thing good about this visit was the food was still Chick-fil-A standard.
