The service I received here was 1000x better than my first experience! I ordered the #1 Rib dish with collard greens, cabbage and curry chickpeas. I thought the rib bone was sugar cane, but it's not. I'm actually not sure what it is but assume it's casava/yucca. What a nice treat to add more food to the plate. The ribs were delicious, curry chickpeas outstanding, cabbage really good but wasn't expecting them to be fried and collards were good. The toast was toast. Overall, I give my meal an A+. I was unable to eat it all in one sitting, nice bonus in today's environment. Now that they have a dedicated space for the vegan food and service was great there, I would return. Thank you for turning things around. There are so few options for vegan food in McDonough.

Even with my stalking, it still took me a minute to figure out what to order. The Moxtails are what drew me in. Also knew I wanted to please my inner fat girl and order two plates! LOL Rib Trash Plate - 3 sides that are included. Ribs - liked the texture and flavor. You're mostly tasting the BBQ sauce, a little flavor from their choice of protein but I appreciated the texture. Collard greens - Love that they don't taste like the greens I make. They have mushrooms in them. Also have this sweet and savory taste to them. Not traditionally flavored but delicious! Mac and cheese - made with nuts as posted, I'm assuming cashews but didn't confirm. Pretty good flavor, I don't mind it at all! Quinoa and chickpeas - multicolored quinoa, good flavors. I'd order it again. Not a bunch of flavor but expected that. Type of side that I get for the healthy factor vs the flavor. Moxtails - 2 sides included. Let me first say that the flavor of the Moxtails was very good. I was expecting there to be something in it that resembled oxtails' texture, so it was lacking in that area. The dish has chick peas, potatoes, carrots, celery, peppers, and onions. With the amount of gravy, I would have expected more rice but it was like a small spoonful. Guessing the peas and corn were included in the rice but not for sure. Cabbage - I'm a fan. Gives me this stir fry vibe with an almost smoke/char flavor. I will say that it was pretty greasy after take a few bites. I looked underneath the cabbage and sure enough there was a good bit of grease. Okra was good as well. Nothing special that makes it stand out, but good flavor nonetheless. I would order it again. Overall, I like this place and would definitely come again if I was in the area.

News flash, if you're delivering food to a hotel, chances are your customer needs plates and utensils and napkins. I had to have my food sit for 20 minutes while I went to go hunt down a friggin fork and napkins. So you guys might want to start paying attention. The food is mediocre. I eat a lot of mediterranean, this is sort of like a fast food version, sort of like a Denny's of Mediterranean if you will. The Gyro meat texturewise, doesn't seem that it was shaved off of one of those rotisserie cookers like I'm used to. They didn't even send me any Tzatziki sauce for my pita bread. Can't say much for the atmosphere of this place, because like I said I had it delivered. But I can tell you that I'll never find out firsthand now. When I finally did, I was told that side is only for mobile delivery orders and that I couldn't place an order there. So I had to drive all the way around the building again just to get into the left-hand drive-through lane. After finally placing my order, I circled around and watched at least seven cars on the mobile delivery side get their food before even one person in the regular drive-through received theirs. It honestly felt like mobile orders were being prioritized far above the customers who were actually waiting in line. I understand mobile orders are convenient, but the balance at this location was completely off. The wait, lack of communication, and lopsided prioritization made the whole visit disappointing. I hope they improve the flow and customer experience for everyone, not just the mobile lane. The only thing good about this visit was the food was still Chick-fil-A standard.

I placed a mobile order at 10:08 a.m., knowing breakfast ends at 10:30, and it takes me about 20+ minutes to get to the location. When I arrived, I was asked if my order was through DoorDash. I said no and showed them the Chick-fil-A app, yet the owner (I didn't know he was the owner at first) didn't seem to recognize it. That was already frustrating considering he was the owner and didn't recognize his own app. An employee mentioned that their system doesn't always process mobile orders correctly, so this appears to be a known issue. Despite that, the owner repeatedly told me my order might not be there instead of trying to resolve the situation. After repeating it several times, I'm now very frustrated to the point that we begin to argue. What made the experience worse was his attitude, he was dismissive, unhelpful, and not polite throughout the interaction. Rather than taking accountability or offering a solution, he kept repeating the same explanation (after I asked him to stop repeating the same thing because that's not my fault) ultimately said he would just cancel my order. How are you cancelling an order that you cannot see in your system, how! When I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the owner, which was disappointing given how the situation was handled. Overall, the lack of accountability and poor customer service (especially from the owner) made this a very frustrating experience.
