They need to do better for the lunch rush. It takes way to long even for an hour lunch break. I'm understanding they have a large amount of customers but expand if need be ,hire more staff , get more blenders whatever it takes. This location is in an area that has major volume so maximize your return. The amount of customers that pull in and turn around to leave, your losing profits. The. It makes some customers not even want to come because they know it's to packed. Shouldn't take 30mins in a drive thru. Love the product but the staff needs some help. My Smoothie was liquid! Like water. I was on lunch break and 5 girls were working. I ordered my smoothie, went to the bathroom and still waited a while for my drink. There was NO OTHER customers inside besides me. 2 cars in drive ordering. One person put my 20 oz on then made 4 other drinks 32 oz while mine was blending. She poured the other ones, they were given out at 2 go window THEN my 20 oz was poured. I took a drink walking out and it was as thin as water. I went back to counter and ask for it to be thickened up. The girl grabbed it saying "well all I can do is make another one" as the other employee's looked on like I had the nerve to come back with it. By that time I had 6 mins to get back to work. I just took the drink and left. I threw it away walking into work. The customer service has gone DOWN HILL at this location. I know a ton of Medical peoplr who go there from Parkland and UTSOUTHWESTERN and CUH Hospital. Several feel the same way. Very disappointed!!! read more

The only good thing about this place is the drive-thru. Their smoothies are expensive for a lil cup and not very good (not sweet enough). I will continue to bypass this place for Tropical Smoothie Café, which is right down the street--smoothies are better, you get more for less, and they have good food options! read more

This location is super convenient to my job. I try to stop by every Friday for the $5 32oz smoothie. Every. Single. Friday. the wait in the mornings is ridiculous. I understand that there is heavier traffic than normal because of the special. What I don't understand is why there can't be more than 2 employees at that time. This is an area that primarily serves people at work or traveling to/from the airport & should deliver much faster service. The service was amazing and efficient. The location is very convenient to grab a smoothie on your way to work and there is limited seating inside if you wanted to chill for a bit. I can't say the smoothies themselves impressed me though. Compared to the smoothies at Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Mockingbird, these have a not-so-smooth texture and the flavors are not as bright as you would expect for their fruit smoothies. This may have been due to the smoothie flavor I got but the same combination tasted much better at the smoothie place down the road. I'll likely give it another chance, but if I have the choice definitely more likely to go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. read more

They have a few people here who've been here a while and I usually get good smoothies when those people are working but I get more watery smoothies here than at any other location. I'm not sure why that is but I almost never get poor quality smoothies at any other location. read more

Just tried getting a smoothie at 9:40pm..doors were locked and drive through told me,"we are closed, please come back at normal business hours" so I go and look at the time you close and it says 10pm... you all should probably stay open until your business hours say you are closed or change the hours. read more
