Ordered through a promotion that they had on the two good to go app. Drove all the way to the store only for them to say they're not doing the promotions anymore after I've already paid for it and made the drive. The person I spoke to was extremely rude about it and told me I had to deal with it on my own. Feel like they should honor the promotions and if they had made a fault, should've made it right after I made the effort to drive all the way there. read more

Visited this Smoothie King location twice while in Ft. Worth for a conference at TCU. While at TCU for the conference, my stomach was hurting and I knew I wouldn't be able to stomach anything except a smoothie. Luckily, this Smoothie King was pretty much walking distance from the campus. The Service: The service was pretty good. I ordered the on the app, so my smoothie was already prepared when I arrived. The Smoothie: BUSSIN! I had the Gut Health Papaya Mango Ginger. It was so good and actually made my stomach feel a bit better. Overall, thumbs up! read more

They let me pay for a smoothie with out telling me they couldn't make it . And they didn't give me a full refund after 20 minutes of waiting. Their employee who had talked over the phone with the owner about my refund told me that if I wanted my refund I would have to wait around for their owner to show up and with out any kind of notice of when that would be. Got us a new guy here and he's a fast talker sales pro who will smooth talk you into spending several dollars extra if u don't pay attention. Instead of kindly informing the customer of the additions and the extra cost, he just takes charge and is so pushy. He talks over you to tell you what you want, Changing the order up until two or three things are added into the smoothie which means extra dollars. It's a shame things have to change sometimes cuz the awesome employees who've been here for the past few years were kind and honest. If u just want the basics smoothie, pay close attention. Don't let him dictate what you should be getting. He's fast talking high sales. When I called him out on his game he condescended me BIG TIME. NOT IMPRESSED. Always fresh, fast & tasty. Staff is very friendly & make great flavor combo recommendations. Parking a little bit of a challenge during lunch hour but otherwise is good. Delicious smoothies, great snacks and wide variety of nutritional products. A few of my favorites include mangosteen madness, the angel food cake, Caribbean way and lemon twist. Some of my favorite packages items of theirs include the dried fruits, their vitamins and honey sticks. The mangosteen is delicious. If you haven't had the fruit before then this smoothie is a great way to be introduced to a fruit you've been missing out on for too long. The angel food cake is a very popular one. Caribbean way is what I most relate to a typical fruit smoothie but elevated. The lemon twist is great for a craving for a bit of a kick. Sour sweet and not too tart from the lemon. I love getting vitamins and supplements here because they have this one brand that is certified to have the amount of the vitamin in the pill as stated. Many vitamins have a lot of fillers in them but this one ensures the stated amount is there. I can't remember the brand at the moment but it has a very orange colored label with navy dark lid. If you're crazing a snack and feeling daring then try the ostrich jerky. It took me the longest time to realize it was ostrich haha. Will be back again. read more

Although Smoothie King is a chain, I really like this chain and particularly this location. They have smoothies and a small grocery area with health food and vitamins. Walking in to this Smoothie King, the layout is similar to any, with the ordering area directly in front of the door, some shelves with food items to the left, and more food between where you order and where you pay. They have many choices of healthy food and vitamins along the shelves, and although they are pricey, they are tasty and good for you. Every smoothie I have ever had at this location has been good. They make them fresh and they always taste good. The staff here is very friendly and will make suggestions on what to try and what they like the best. Only downside to Smoothie King is it's expensive. A small is about $5, a medium is about $6, and a large is about $7. But, if you come here for a light breakfast or for a midday snack that is fine. It's tasty healthy smoothies! What more could you want? read more

The staff is always friendly and energetic. The $5 32oz Friday's is what brings me back weekly. I love the new vegan speciality smoothies, especially the dark chocolate with bananas. I came here with the boyfriend and his family for some afternoon smoothies. I ordered the same drink that I've ordered for the past 5 years, acai adventure with no sugar and caffeine supplement. It tasted awful! It didn't even look the same. I've been to different smoothie kings all over Texas and I've never had an issue with my order. They remade it and it still tasted awful. I'm not sure if they're using different recipes or what. When I told the the two guys working there the issue, Darren just kept staring at me like I was crazy. Not very good customer service when the mistake is yours. I couldn't even drink the concoction they called acai adventure. I had them remake it and just make me an Angel Food. I figured that one should be simple enough for them to get right. All that put aside, it is a nice and clean location. read more

Love this place! They have tons of juice and smoothie options and awesome extras to add like powder proteins and fruits. It's delicious, its nutritious and smells good when you walk in. Their prices are really high though....they loose two stars for the high prices. If you have to come here or just try it out, halfprice Thursdays or $5 Fridays. read more
