Sometimes prep time can be a little slow, but it's usually only one person on shift when we go, and we are not in any hurry. If you are in a hurry, why stop for a dessert? It's just a small little ice cream spot that happens to also do coffees, some food items, some cakes and macarons. I'm not sure what the people complaining about ambiance were expecting. It's exactly the same ambiance as a cold stone or marble slab. As for the person complaining about not knowing if it was a vampire penguin or not, I get that. They just recently (it is currently around Thanksgiving 2024 for reference) bought acquired the Greenwood vampire penguin so they are in a transition right now regarding that. I think they are going to start having vampire penguin stuff here at this location, or maybe vampire penguin had another location and they'll be moving there... I'm not sure which. But I do understand that complaint. It should be short term.

I had the Chipotle Turkey Wrap - thinly sliced deli turkey, chipotle ranch, lettuce, provolone cheese and bacon in flour tortilla. I had fruit as my side- white and red grapes with pineapple. On the next to last one, we ordered it with all the meats, green bell peppers, onions, banana peppers and extra cheese. No green bell peppers but there was sprinkling or red bell peppers, very few onions and banana peppers and no extra cheese. The one we ordered yesterday was the same toppings request. We got around 16 pcs of green bell pepper, about the same for onion, 8 to 10 banana peppers - but we did get the extra cheese. Both pizza's needed to be in the oven longer as the dough wasn't all the way done. They've gotten very stingy with the toppings so I think we'll get our pizzas elsewhere. It was handy since we don't live too far from them but the value and quality are no longer there.
