We went right before dinner one day around 6 or so and, while there were lots of cars in the lot,…read morethere wasn't anyone immediately inside when we went in to order. They have the seating area taped off and ask that everyone enters from the front door and exits from the side. There were three ladies working when I entered and two of them were cleaning the work area while the third restocked items. I ordered my food and then they went and made the items quickly. All staff wore masks and gloves and changed them and washed their hands before wearing new gloves. I know that it might not always be possible of there is a large crowd or at all places, but I appreciated the diligence in their routine that I did witness! Shaved ice was delicious, as was the Acai smoothie we bought. Perfect amount of syrup throughout the snow without too much or too little . The ice stayed nice and frozen, too, even on the hot day. Will definitely be back soon!

My go to Whole Foods!…read more To be honest, I usually only drive over if I have an Amazon return to do, but I do find the staff fairly friendly and helpful. I'm also a sucker for their take and go, ready to eat food selection. The store is big, it's clean, and you can find some cool brands here, such as for chocolate and other snacks. It's too bad it's a bit of a drive away, but I'm glad it's around.

After my most recent experience with Black Rock, I decided to try another location!…read more Although it was 2pm on a Sunday, this location was packed...well the drive thru was anyways! This is not a location I'd visit when caffeine deprived or in a rush. However, given the amount of coffee and tea options within a mile of this spot, it's pretty impressive! There were a few hiccups- they originally quoted me the wrong order, and the drink I asked for no ice came with ice, but overall the strawberry passion green tea with dragonfruit and an Irish with oatmilk no ice were super flavorful.

Can't judge too harshly since its a placed named "fruity temptations" and I didnt have anything really fruity so I do want to come back to try something else. Also, I didnt see any napkins in the front or wasn't provided one so maybe it was a miss on that one day but it would be nice to have access to one with a smoothie. It was only one person working who rung me up and made my smoothie. Not sure if it was an off day but it would be nice if there was just one more person working as there were other people inside wanting to order but couldnt because she was making my order. The place inside was really good looking and so I definitely recommended ordering and staying to sit down to relax. Plus the bathrooms are clean. Wanted to mention as amazing as there a lot of choices on the menu I do think maybe shortening it or removing some of the photos to allow the font to be bigger would be nice since it was a little too hard to read from faraway. But this place does have a lot of potential and Im excited to see it over time.
