The (vegan) chocolate banana smoothie is delicious!!! I got the small and that was more than enough for me!!! Very much worth it!!!

Don't waste your time coming to this location, rather go to the other one on Westheimer. I've given this location so many chances and it's hit or miss and lately it's always been the latter. I really can't comprehend how you can mess up a smoothie when they have step by step instructions on what to put in it. It seems the young people that work here are not only ignorant but also incompetent. I see why most of them work there in the first place, they probably couldn't even make it in grade school so they resort to all manner of fast food. Avoid the black dude that has an Afro, this is by no means to be racist (I'm black myself). This dude will 100% mess up your smoothie. It's to the point where if I see him I just drive off. The elder white lady with the glasses is the only one I trust to make my smoothie correctly and that's sad. Sadly, this Smoothie King is the location nearest me. The workers here are friendly, but that's not what you're looking for, especially at a quick grab and go place like this. A lot of times I just don't have time to actually eat, so grabbing a smoothie is the best way for me to get something in my stomach. I do like Smoothie King, but this one in particular disappoints every single time. They either get my order wrong or just somehow make it taste completely bland. This actually brought a lot of confusion. It made me think that I was actually ordering the wrong thing. It was only after ordering the same drink at other locations did I realize that this location was just messing up. I actually still don't know if they got my order wrong or just couldn't make it right. Even the "make it skinny" option at other Smoothie Kings is more flavorful than the regular one this branch makes. So yeah, I don't know if they don't know how to make it right, this location is given bad ingredients, or I just so happen to always go at the wrong time, but I do not recommend this Smoothie King at all. OMG this place is infested with knats I walked in and was saw one. By the time I made it to the counter they were every where. Yes They HAVE a drive thru but I would rather have seen all the bugs on the inside before ordering here. read more

Very fast service! Best smoothies ever!!! The best is the Angel Food Shake!!! Yummy!

For my first time at this location, not bad, the cashier that took my order very polite and nice even know he was having a complicated customer in the drive thru, plus I got the Fridays $5 for a 32 oz smoothie, not sure if all locations have that special, I know the one on Mason close to I-10 Katy area has it. Smoothies are good. Need to improve capacity. Always a long line in the drive through. Takes 15 - 20 mins or more to get your drink. I would suggest hiring more people, or investing in more blenders / supplies to improve customer experience. read more

The absolute WORST SMOOTHIE KING EVERRRRR... first of they never have lean body... they need new management seriously.... they tried to charge me extra for two fruits when lean body comes with two fruits. And for the past two three months they never have anything that I want in stock I swear I literally go to the one off i10 because this place this smoothie king is horrible. Do yourself a favorite and go some where else don't waste your time or money this place frustrating as heck seriously ughhhh. Just thinking about the frustration makes my head hurt. read more

This is not true of all smoothie kings, but this location takes at least 15 minutes to get a smoothie from your order. Don't even think about going through the drive through as that will take you even longer. About half of the smoothies I've bought from this location taste good, however the other half are disgusting. Ordered the razzmatazz and it tasted like pure protein powder. Given the countless other smoothie kings in Houston, go to a different location. read more

I have been there three times now. The first time the inside was closed at 7:15 Sunday 6/22/14. We wanted to sit inside, so we left and went to Jamba Juice. We went back on Monday 6/23/14 at 7:30 pm. The inside closes at 8:00pm. We ordered Wheatgrass and was told the machine was down and to come back in the morning. The machine only works in the morning. That was the first time I have every heard that one. We left and went to Jamba Juice. We went today 6/24/14 about 11:30am. Everything was going good. We ordered a wheatgrass. I presented a coupon, buy a beverage get one free value at $ 3.00 valid at participating locations. I was told they would not honor it, that I needed to go to the location that printed it. I got the coupon thru the Entertainment Book. Kids sell them every year for fundraisers. That is it. Three strikes and your out. There was never any customers when we were there. I know why. We went back to Jamba Juice. This Smoothie King is closer to my house, but I will never go back, We have Wheatgrass everyday and smoothies 2 to 3 times a week. They are mis-managed. read more
