I love pickles and recently went to try the new Grillo's Pickle Smoothie (2/10 would not recommend)..however the reason I gave this Smoothie King such a low rating is because there was 4-5 people working and it took about 10-15 minutes for me to order and even get my smoothie. One of the employees had a visitor pull up and they went outside to say hello then all the other employees went out front to say hello meanwhile I'm at the drive thru window waiting for my smoothie and can see everything taking place. Lastly, I'm not sure if one of the employees was smoking weed before hand but I could taste it in my smoothie and it was obviously not a good mix with the rest of the flavors it had going on. I would like to preface by saying I love Smoothie King but won't be going back to this location and will just stick to fruit such as bananas, strawberries and blueberries! I'm a sucker for coupons and got notice of an offer to upsize on a smoothie on Fridays. I ordered ahead of time on the app. This location is simply a drive thru. I ordered blueberry lemonade smoothie and a smoothie bowl. Both were delicious. I got a brain freeze several times because the smoothie was so good I couldn't slow down. There was a little wait but couldn't tell if it was due to the person in front of me not ordering ahead or what. Good service was had. read more

I usually stop there after my workout and get a gladiator, espresso, medium. Unfortunately, every time I go there, it doesn't taste right and today was not the exception. They made my drink, and it tasted very sour. I asked the lady to remake it. she went back to the blender pour she gave me the first time and added more sugar to it. Came back outside, gave me the same drink with more sugar and pretended like I was not going to notice. The drink tasted very sweet. It didn't taste like espresso and I was so unhappy with it and let's not talk about. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years. If you don't like what you do for a living, you shouldn't be in customer service. I came back to the store and asked for a refund because I was just not gonna drink that disgusting drink that they the first they gave me. I've been going to a smoothie King for years and pretty much gotten the same thing over the years and it's sad that they can't make a drink with right consistency. We always stop at this particular Smoothie King on the way to dropping my mom off at the airport for her flights to work, with a Black girl in a rainbow mask there to greet us. I can't recall her name, but she's great. We get the same thing each time, and it's always en pointe. The smoothies charge us up and are a highlight of the day, so thank you. read more

I hate to say something bad about any place but I'm just very disappointed with this smoothie king. The customer service is not good and the drinks don't taste right a lot of the times. This is a review of me coming over a period of time. I'm merciful if one time they aren't that good, the second time Ok I start to wonder. Normally go to smoothie king after my workouts. I got there alittle before 630 since they open at 630. 630am hit and there is clearly a worker in the store and the sign says OPEN. I sat there for three minutes in the drive thru till I eventually pulled around to the window. He didn't have his headset on which explains why he didn't hear me saying hello. I waited and tried to get his attention but he clearly ignored me and didn't even try to explain why he wasn't taking orders. The building itself is very dingy. Outside in the drive through line you are left to stare at equipment with dirty rags and brooms. The three times I've been here the workers are very unhelpful with helping me navigate through the menu. For example: I asked if kid sizes are available and was told yes. So I ordered a kid smoothie and they said no not that one can be a kid size. Then I asked well which ones can and he responded "like do you want me to list them?" Yes, yes I do. This is your job. Or please direct me to that section of the menu. His response: it's not on the menu. Then I ended up guessing. Do you make a Berry smooth for kids? He said yes. Finally!! This location is horrible. I order the same thing every time and everytime I get something different. When you go through the drive thru they do not listen to what you're saying. You have to repeat yourself 3 times so you would think they would get your order right but they don't. I have been here about 20 times and my drink has never tasted the same twice. Smoothie King is a great franchise that had been around for a long long time. This location especially has been here for years. The staff is.... This location is older, but they still get the job done. The service is fast even though the staff is not too friendly. The smoothies usually taste good. A couple times, my drink did not come out as smooth as I thought it would. So, I think this location deserves an average rating. read more

Children run this store. The managers in the evening close the interior to guests starting at 9 pm, (which is against policy) so that they can leave work earlier than they are supposed to. I've gone to this specific location 3 times when they have done this. My work does not allow me to go through drive throughs of any kind in our company vehicle, which I'm always driving when I'm in humble. Not to mention when I have made it prior to 9 the employees are distant, short, and disinterested. Anyway this specific staff needs new management and training. read more

When I usually go to smoothy king I order through the drive thru. On this particular day we decided to walk inside because the drive thru was very long. As I'm walking in I cant help but notice the store is very tiny and my anxiety starts to show. So as I'm looking at the menu the cashier is helping out the people at the drive thru and the other guy who is making the drinks sees that I'm having a hard time choosing. Even though they have a never ending line of cars outside they answer ALL of my questions and help me decide on my drink. These guys know smoothy kings drinks like the back of their hand!! I was in line for 11 mins before they came on speaker saying they were closed. The open sign was on the finally turned it off at 730 and were very rude on the speaker.
