Tropical smoothie is one of my favorite smoothie cafes to go to. Not only do they have great smoothies, but they also have some great food to go with it. Here I have the three-cheese chicken quesadilla, and it comes with salsa on the side with the Acai Berry boost smoothie. Chicken quesadilla is one of my favorites it can never go wrong it's so full of flavor and the cheese is gooey and I love the salsa that goes with it to add a bit of spice. I also love that the meals come with a side, so I always get a bag of chips to go with it. my food was wet when I received it. :( I honestly cant believe this nonsense I paid for a wet flatbread.

Good afternoon , during my lunch break I went to this location for Tropical Cafe and ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread as I usually order . I always find or end up chewing on something that doesn't belong in there . Last couple of times it was black olives I assumed because of the color shape and look of it . This time I found something and im unable to identify it . I opened my flat bread to check if anything else that doesn't belong there and this squishy substance that has something coming out of it with red on it is something I've never seen before . I ended up throwing away the whole flatbread itself , the best way I can describe the look is the end of a cut banana with some blood or red powder on it . It's the last time I'll be back , as a frequent customer it's unfortunate I have to check what's in the flatbread before consuming it . read more

Location is prime! Aesthetics are great! I wasn't expecting much, but the smoothie was great. In between smoothie king and Jamba Juice in terms of flavor so it tastes authentic without tasting like cardboard. I ordered a veggie hummus wrap and avocado grilled cheese and they were both amazing. This is the top quick food spot for me! Staff was very friendly and service was extremely quick. I got my order within 5 minutes and the store was slammed when I came in. Definitely recommend you stop by! read more

I love the selections of smoothies that they have!!! They also have just 1 size but it is great for if you're wanting it for a meal and if not then you can just save the rest for later. Really disappointing as my first 2 visits to this location last week were great - smoothie and wraps were delicious. But I went on Tuesday of this week and it was awful - my wrap was burned and hard and hardly any chicken and the lettuce was soggy and disgusting. But I figured it was just an off day, so we tried them again today. And it was awful again. We ordered ahead and nothing was ready when we went to pick it up. There was no acknowledgment when we walked in - eye contact was made several times but no greeting or offer to help. When we mentioned that it was taking a long time to get the order - we were told that we had no idea how it was working for a stressful working place and being short staffed. First that's not true - but second, that should never be said to a customer. Then the manager was yelling at another customer. They left out a jalapeño corn and when it was mentioned it was thrown at us and corn went everywhere. And then when we got back to our office - we were missing an order. We called corporate about this and were offered $10 - we spent around $80 on Tuesday and again today. And the whole thing is we don't want money - we want good service like we had the first 2 times we went. The food and smoothies were soo good. But with the poor management and disappointing food 2 times in a row, I don't know that we will be back. And that's alot of business you were getting that is now lost. We have ordered from you 4 times in the past 2 weeks. read more
