First time here, thought I'd give it a try because it's usually busy in the drive-thru. It looks like this place makes smoothies for workouts: pre (amp up) and post (replenish) workout. I've been coming for the gut health strawberry blueberry smoothie for about three months now pretty regularly and it has really helped my overall health. I would love to try the other BeWell smoothies too to see the effects, but I'm so obsessed with the taste it is so good! The staff is also wonderful and kind. I have ordered the PB Swizzle bowls from this Smoothie King many times. They hardly ever fill the bowls up all the way. Today was the worst yet. They were barely halfway full. The bowls are very expensive and you don't get your money's worth. I've been to other Smoothie Kings and those bowls are filled to the top. I don't recommend this Smoothie King! read more

I'm fairly certain this is a franchisee location and as such a Private Business which is able to set there own US Penny policies. SMOOTHIE KING should not charge to the EXACT penny and then refuse to accept them as cash payment. The lack of customer service to accommodate a PAYING CUSTOMER is appalling combined with their inability to perform simple math in their heads or on the imbedded calculator that in their smart phone is RIDICULOUS. After the 2nd time of trying to hand me incorrect change, I requested them to return my original payment ($20 and the EXACT change) and cancel the order, they couldn't even get that right -- had I been inclined to, I could have easily left with an additional $20.00. SHEESH...This location has lost my business and perhaps the entire chain of stores. Either amend your policy, prices or accept pennies as legal tender when a customer pays in CASH. Smoothies used to be delicious and full of flavor. Now they're tasteless. Been getting smoothies here consistently at least a year and there was a definite change in the recipe or preparation. And the price went up. Very disappointing. read more

This location is the closest to my last client yet not the best service all the time. I'm not sure if they have a bad mic at the drive thru or not, someone said hold on I'll be with you in a moment. I waited for twenty minute no one returned to the mic and I left. Today I gave them another try, I ordered a large peanut power plus, with cinnamon and it was blended well. No chucks of ice. Thanks for that. She was very polite. I forgot to scan my rewards and she didn't give me a receipt so now I missed out on points for today. read more

Employees aren't friendly. I'm sure if they don't do the measurements correctly but my drink was super icy. I was literally biting ice chips whenever I took a sip. Maybe they need additional training or to work later shifts if they're still sleepy in the mornings. read more

So I got a coupon in the mail for a free small smoothie, good at only this new location. I normally would not drive the 4 miles to this location (Keller has a closer one), but I was going to be on Davis anyway, so I thought, "Why not?" Being so damn hot out, I opted for one of the "hydration" concoctions. I went for the watermelon one. Got to say, very good. I was also surprised that a "small" is 20 ounces, not some dinky kids' cup. Service was very good. Friendly and helpful, as I'm not a SK regular, and they helped with my hydration requirements. Location is nice too, set back, and up, from North Tarrant Pkwy. If there were tables and chairs, it would be a nice place to sit. Bottom line: I like the "hill top" location. read more

I'm a huge fan of the Nutty Super Grain to the point where I would make my own version at home so I know exactly what goes into it. Picked one up today and it was like they didn't even know what goes in it....it's supposed to include peanut butter and bananas. I cannot taste the peanut butter and for some reason, it has strawberries in it. A similar instance happened last time I came to this location so unfortunately, I will not be back to waste more money. read more

They dimmed the lights and played smooth jazz upon request. I asked for a mixed drink but they insisted they didn't have any alcohol. I know they're lying since they're all teenagers and it's their cultural impetus to break the law.
