I'm totally in love with the Acai bowls and decided to try the new additions here. Upon arrival I realized we would be there a bit there was just one guy working he was very polite and steady busy, and we came in after 1 so he had probably just worked the lunch rush, I was surprised by the lack of chairs to sit while waiting maybe 6 but we grabbed a couple for the wait. I had the PB Drizzle and it was delicious a bit runny but not too much the granola really added to the acai which was plenty sweet the fruits were fresh, a real treat Diana had the Berry Goji Getaway normally I could comment as we would share a bite, but she didn't offer so it must have been too good to share.Overall it was a good experience. But with limited seating and no tables it's basically to go which is fine we pulled into the parking lot next door and went to town watching the traffic flow. Obviously they are setup for online orders which works fine for us. Acai seems to be trending lately around here so I'm sure we'll fine places to sit and enjoy our new treats. read more

Staff has been friendly, in the mornings it's usually one youngster, sometimes dialed in to his AirPods more than who's entering through the doors, as was today. I have never been to a Smoothie King before. On first impression, it reminds me of a Jamba Juice. Glance up at extensive menu, place your order, and wait for your smoothie to be made. However, the size of Smoothie King's drinks is humongous - small (20 oz), medium (32 oz), and large 40 (oz). Let me tell you that a medium is enough to share between two people. No way can I finish that entire thing alone or in one sitting. They also have meal replacement smoothies for individuals who don't have time to sit down for a full meal, or desire something quick and filling on the go. I had The Hulk, which is a fitness blend that comes in chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla. They have a fair amount of protein powder in it. It was super duper tasty - no surprise as they added some butter pecan ice cream in there. This location is new and clean. It's located next to Verizon. Service was fast. I'm definitely dropping by after my workout for a dose of their smoothies. FYI: there's a promotion right now...$5 for every medium drink on Mondays & Fridays. Keep in mind that the regular price for a medium drink is ~$7. That's a great deal. read more

I understand that this job hires a lot of teenagers. But the job should still be performed good nonetheless. These two kids had no clue what was going on in that store other than the recipe card in front of them. I love this location! They are always so sweet and my order is perfect every time! I am also extremely thankful for the precautions they've been taking during this challenging time! An older woman was irate and started harassing the cashier because he asked her to wear a mask. The poor young man was just doing his job and looking out for the remaining customers in the store. I come to this location probably once or twice a month and I'm not sure why because my drink tastes different every time I order it. The location is slow, the quality is inconsistent , and the prices are high for what you end up getting. Nothing against high schoolers running a joint but this location needs some management oversight to improve the process and quality control. read more

PROS: Nice, clean, great smoothie options CONS: Extreeeemely slow because they only employ one person (who's often low energy and beat down by the circumstance) during peak hours. There will often be 8-10 people waiting endlessly. This usually means new customers will enter and immediately leave after seeing how long it will take - thus they're losing service constantly. I've been in to this location three times in the last two weeks hoping that the worker/workers were just having an "off" day the first time. Unfortunately, the service was consistently awful, to say the least. The workers have an attitude and look about them that says "This is the last place in the world I wish to be right now and I hate all of these customers." The last time, I was asking if any of the drinks had a certain vitamin in them and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know. That was the end of that. All employees are new they even informed me they were all new, there wasn't a manager on duty. They completely made my drink wrong it tasted like water no flavor. When I went back and informed them that my drink was made incorrectly one of the other employees remade it and told me that they added extra juice this time and when I replied I said that the juice wasn't the problem I watched him water it down and reblend it 3 times. I love smoothie king and have always had good customer service , but at this location it's terrible. I came in this morning around 8:15 and there was a lot of people waiting and the girl was working by herself. However she could of at least said hi, ill be with you shortly. Something! But she did not even say one word to me and I was waiting for almost 10 mins. She walks over to the register and just stares at me...again says nothing. I had to say hi and tell her what I wanted again all she said to me was the total. I get it, she's busy and working by herself but customer service is about making your customers happy and welcomed and SMILE! And I did not feel that here at all. Tried calling ahead to order a smoothie after a workout and the phone just rang and rang. So I hung up and tried again, same result. I then stopped in and ordered my drink. I then asked the employees if I had the correct phone number and was told that the phone was probably broken and that they don't tell them anything. Then one of the employees gives me a card and tells me that I have to text in orders to the number on the card. Maybe they should mention that on their website? The smoothie was made promptly but they used way too much ice and it tasted very watered down. This is the last time that I go to this Smoothie King. I expect better. read more
