He also let us try some of the different kinds of hummus, as well as toppings as we made our order decisions. I decided to try a pita with the olive base and the two kinds of chicken as the proteins. I initially tried the tahini sauce and then decided to get the lemon and olive oil one. While it's not listed on the menu as a sauce option, they also have tzatziki sauce, which goes quite well with the beef and lamb gyro protein. We ate our food inside the restaurant and they have a number of tables and chairs to choose from.
