When my friend asked for a refund, an older man who seemed like the manager or owner came out and the first thing he said was, "Nothing is wrong with the wrap, it's fine." It was dismissive and rude. About an hour later my friend got food poisoning, and later that night I started feeling sick too (I only had a bite).
