Then we noticed the sriracha bottle was expired. We told the employee at the counter and she checked the back and said the bottle back there was expired too. When my friend asked for a refund, an older man who seemed like the manager or owner came out and the first thing he said was, "Nothing is wrong with the wrap, it's fine." It was dismissive and rude. Instead of asking what the issue was, he immediately brushed us off. He did eventually give the refund. About an hour later my friend got food poisoning, and later that night I started feeling sick too (I only had a bite). Between the expired condiments, the questionable taste of the wrap itself, and the way the situation was handled, it was a really disappointing experience.

The bowl was good and hearty for sure, but I wouldn't say it was fantastic as some I've enjoyed. It seemed a bit dry perhaps if you were able to add more than one topping in step 5 that would help some. Otherwise, excellent service by the young lady who made our bowls. It's a good size dining room and there's outdoor/covered seating for when it's nice out. While I was waiting for food there was a 2 minute monsoon that hit and the ladies sitting outside didn't seemed bothered by it, so the cover must work pretty well and keeps the elements at bay. I didn't see if pets are allowed or not for outdoor seating. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken + Hummus Bowl, the Grinder as a wrap, the Strawberry, Ginger Lemonade and a Cool Down Juice. The food was great. I did ask for some customizations to the wrap such as "with spicy mustard" that didn't get taken care of, but not really a major thing. The bowl was missing items it's supposed to come with and I ordered everything to go so I didn't know this until later at home. The Cool Down was pretty good. It separates quite a bit though if you let it sit. The only thing I would recommend for the fresh pressed juices, is to include ice in your cup. I didn't realize they didn't come with ice. I think the ice would help with the stirring and recombining everything once it has separated. The Strawberry Ginger Lemonade appears to be a seasonal item. That was also very good. I do wish there was one of these closer to home. I would definitely eat here again. The food was fantastic and super quick.
