Looks like $675.00 per hour labor rate to me. First sent over someone who could not fix the problem and then had us wait two more days the send another tech. I knew I was being taken, but just spent more than 3 days without hot water. I have been a customer for more than 3 years and schedule maintenance services every year. Never been happy with their pricing, but this is the final straw. Will never use them again.
